We were stranded with a contamination in our fuel system. They helped us get on the road quick. They were very friendly & fast & reasonable. Unfortunately...we broke down 30mi. out, as 2 injectors were damaged. I called n left several messages n got no response. :( Loved the environment & their help initially. Just wish they would have checked in on us lonnnng before sending this review 3mos later.

My girlfriend and I was on a 5hr drive to my race. I lost oil pressure and had to get towed to JTR after I called the tow company I talked to Bailey Houser at JTR and told him it was probably the oil pump he said ok and I told him we still had 2.5 hrs to get to my race. He had the part at the shop within 5 minutes of us getting there. Unfortunately it was the right size and they wouldn’t get another til Saturday and latest Monday. Closing time for the shop and no truck or car rental place open Bailey informed me he would try and get it fixed sometime during the weekend (they aren’t open during

An air conditioning break down caused me to pull off the interstate and call JTR Inc. What an unexpected surprise that they fit us in immediately and had us on our way with fully functioning air conditioning within 2 hours. I could not have asked for a better repair experience- fast, affordable, professional, customer service oriented, in a spotless state of the art facility. Very few places will work on anything under the hood of a class C RV, JTR Inc didn't hesitate and I could not be happier with the entire experience- I highly recommend them.

On vacation in the area and having issues with brakes, called and was setup with a quick appointment. Team was very informative of the issues I was having and explained in detail. We were traveling from Kentucky to Wisconsin when our brand new trailer began to fall apart. A local gas station attendant recommended us to this facility - we felt we were driving to the middle of nowhere only to find a beautiful property and business - the shop foremen was quick to offer to help us. He was extremely friendly and provided a great solution to fixing our trailer until we were able to get back home. They certainly went above and beyond to accommodate us as it was closing time at the shop.

These guys did an amazing job on my 4x4 truck!
