I payed close to 700 for a part they said would fix my problems. They said the problem was fixed and gave it back and it wasnt fixed, it was the same as when I took it in. So I took it back and they wanted to charge me close to 500 more to actually fix it. I'm pretty disappointed . I wish i wouldn't have gone here and wont be going back

Been to Hendershot's several times... They are great for an oil change and very friendly staff, but anything else, please go somewhere else. We were told by them last week that the nail hole in my husband's tire could not be patched and the tire would need replaced. My husband took his truck to discount tire today in Avon, and they patched it with no problem and for free

This repair shop had been recommended to me by one of the employees of the Napa Auto Parts store in Cloverdale and by someone I know who also lives in Cloverdale. Am glad I went to this shop. They are very professional and will do all they can to help. They are fair and honest and what I also appreciated was they took the time to explain to me why they replaced what they replaced. I would recommend this shop to others and would go back to it again.
