These buttons require special import inspections that can add up to 14 days to delivery in the US.
Our ethnic heritages play a major role in determining the shapes of our bodies and we've found that by incorporating this information into Smart Sizes our algorithms are able to more accurately predict someone's optimal dimensions. Great customer service. I made the mistake of forgetting to add a pocket. My husband still wore it all the time. Called to order another one with a pocket. They offered to let me return it, but I just ordered a second shirt with a pocket. I even asked the representative on the phone which fabric felt very soft. My husband is enjoying this shirt even more!

I contacted proper cloth to have them remake a shirt that I wasn't quite happy with the fit and after sending them a couple pictures so they could see how the shirt fit me they made some recommendations and asked me to send the shirt back. They expedited the remake and sent me back a brand new shirt that fits perfectly and I am completely happy with how they stand behind their product and take care of you after the sale. Shirts are always very high-quality fabric and you can feel the difference compared to store bought dress and casual shirts.

I finally splurged and it was worth it. As a serious side hustle, I'm a professional swing dancer and I'm tired of shirts that strain when throwing aerials or won't stay tucked in after a furious dance. With Proper Cloth, I can make all the adjustments I need for a great fit. In my case, this means upper back side pleats and 2" wide back panel to allow my lats comfortable movement. The result? The selection of fabrics is fantastic and the ease of building your own custom shirt from your home is hands down the best thing I have discovered for buying nice business shirts. I have multiple different sizing issues that have made it difficult for me to find shirts that fit. I have ordered 5 shirts so far and feel taken care of by the customer service team. I started with a virtual appointment to help me start my sizing journey and have since tinkered as I've gone. You are encouraged to wash the shirts a couple of time for shrinkage and if you don't like it you can still return it! The website makes it super easy to browse for fabrics and then design a shirt and see how it will look virtually. The shirts are made in Vietnam so it can take a 2 to 3 weeks to actually get the shirt. I won't ever buy shirts off the rack again!

The reusable/washable "Everyday Mask v2.1E" masks I bought from Proper Cloth are the best reusable masks I've purchased to date. They sit nice and high on the bridge of the nose, secured by a sturdy, yet comfortable wire support. My glasses don't fog up as much. The bottom of the mask fits snuggly below my chin. I do very little adjusting of the mask once I have it on. Great mask! Have already recommended this mask to family and friends.

As someone who does not have a standard-sized body, I've been thrilled to have found Proper Cloth. I order most clothes online because I live in Japan and there's almost nothing available in stores for someone my height, but ordering online is a bit of a lottery on fit and most often means that anything that is long enough for me will be too baggy. And even on the rare occasions where I can find brands & sizes that fit for pants or shirts, I often don't like the limited available style or fabric choices.

Out of this world ❤️. I wanted to offer a personalized shirt. I started to search on the web with initials on the cuffs. What was the surprise when I found Proper Cloth! Not only the initials can be added to the cuff, but everything of it can be personalized! From the fabric (over 400 choices!), to the shape of the collar, the type of cuffs, stitching or not, type of buttons, inside collar and cuffs with a different fabric, over 20 personalized measurements, and etc! I've purchased three custom shirts: two flannel and one dress. They fit accurately and all the specifics on collar, cuffs and yolk were excellently tailored and sewn. With the excellent fabric and vast design selections, you can have a unique bespoke product that sets you apart, yet is fairly priced. Even on a budget, I'd take five custom Proper Cloth shirts over a dozen from anyone else , off the rack. With that said, I'll go order two more. Nicely done.

I received my first Proper Cloth shirt (Hawaiian camp shirt) recently. The fit is absolutely amazing, and just what I was hoping to find. After losing over 50lbs, I was hoping to find a great slim fit Hawaiian shirt for my many travels to the islands. The shirt more then met my expectations. I visited the Proper Cloth studio in midtown after reading about it being the sweet spot on Reddit for finding a tailored shirt at a great value for the quality. On the plus side, these masks are well made and comfortable. Customer service was pleasant but ultimately unable to solve my problem satisfactorily.
The linen that this mask was made from came out extremely wrinkled and the mask was misshapen after laundering.
Ironing was suggested by customer service as a way to correct this issue. If I owned an iron or considered this at all convenient, this might have solved the problem. However, given the number of times any mask should be washed after wearing, I do NOT think this is a practical solution.
Masks cannot be returned and no refund or partial
