Services
In the mid-nineties our mother Livier Salazar, AKA the salsa boss, alongside her brother open the Mexican food restaurant specializing in authentic Sonorian cuisine. The recipes ranged from modern techniques to family recipes passed down by my grandmother. Fortunately my siblings and I were able to spend many afternoons and weekends learning about the family business.

Taco Boss is AMAZING! If you are looking for an awesome caterer then look no further!
We used Taco Boss for our backyard wedding a couple weeks ago. Their food is just so delicious. Everyone raved about all of the food & are still drooling thinking back to the day. In addition to their amazing food & agua Fresca, their setup is beautiful! All of it fit our style perfectly & was exactly what we were looking for.
We chose chicken & carne tacos, guacamole, beans (the best beans ever....seriously), rice, cucumber/lime agua Fresca, etc. We were even able to set up full vegan soyrizo tacos, beans,

If there was a way to give Taco Boss Catering a million stars, I would without skipping a beat.
Yessica and her staff are just incredible. My husband and I worked with them last minute for our wedding that got screwed up due to Covid, and Yessica was incredibly kind & accommodating on very short notice. She was responsive and provided feedback and ideas for our crowd and the number of people. The big day came, her staff arrived and set up and worked with our space, they were so kind and welcoming and made it all happen without a hiccup. Then, if the service thus far wasn’t as great as it was
