I was attempting to move way "outside the box" and make an automotive purchase I did not think was possible. I had done some research, but I was tentative and not sure what to ask. I live in Lexington and stumbled across this option on the internet... only available to certain Kentucky county residents... So, I made the call and got connected to this Louisville branch. Not a problem... Jackie Barreto answered. She was polite and kind. Not words used much in today's human interaction. She was a beacon of information and hope in the process. She immediately went to work and made this "out of state

I've been with Transcend since 1996. Back then a credit union was the place to be. Anymore it has become the absolute Worst place to do your banking. If you have your own company, or you're considering opening your own business, you mite want to check on ALL of Transcend policies before allowing them to serve you. I'm a 25 year member with a above perfect credit score and I was told that they wouldn't finance my work van before they "don't do loans on cargo vans"..... Also,,,, I've been trying to make ATM deposits at the atm's at this location, and the Outer Loop location, and BOTH has been broken

Today was one of my best experiences with banking institutions. Jackie Barretto was professional and competent with the information provided to help me. She showed me ways to increase my fico and today's experience saved me $2400 off the top of my auto refinance and over $6500 over the total loan,,,THANK YOU Jackie and the Transcend under writers. Top notch.

This is the newest branch of my local credit union. I've been a member for decades. I really appreciate all they have done to keep the members and employees safe through this pandemic. I had to do some in-person transactions during the "shut-down" period. Each time, I called the branch, and they arranged for a "masked" and safety-conscious employee to meet me at my car, so we could process the necessary papers. I'm grateful they are open again, and I'm confident they are ready for whatever comes next.

Do not use this Credit Union. They charge you a $73 late fee and still make you wait 15+ days before they even consider letting you pay an additional $4 to pay over the phone. Their policies are intentionally designed to hurt their customers. Then they try to gaslight you over the phone. Worst financial decision I ever made.

We bought our last vehicle and used Transcend Credit Union as our lender. When we decided to purchase the next one, we knew we wanted to apply through Transcend. Jacqueline Barreto helped us get all our documents in order for the application and assisted us to get everything completed very quickly. I cannot recommend Transcend enough as they have been so great for both our vehicle loans.

I have been baking with transcend (*former KY telco) for a long while now and while they are not a multi chain bank, they are very customer service oriented, and they are careful in looking out for their members. No hidden fees, no surprises. They have protected me from multiple hackings of my credit card with them, and they may not have the 24-7 service a national chain bank would have, but they definitely look after the needs of their members personally and will let you know when you are not protected or optimized with your accounts. They are as good as a bank gets, because they are not a bank

We move often for work and have a process to contact all our contacts, a list with the key customer service phone numbers. Now we are not perfect and do make mistakes, but we just received a form letter from Branden Bledsoe with the opening paragraph being one sentence stating we are being charged a $10 fee for not letting them know we moved. Please note all our banking is on-line and the only service we have with them is they draw a car payment monthly, we opted for now paper from them. So this is very confusing to me, obviously they want to DM me and since we moved they cannot, even though we
