A neuropsychological evaluation is a comprehensive assessment of cognitive and behavioral functions using a set of standardized tests and procedures. A neuropsychological evaluation is not a fixed series of tests which anyone can give.
Specialized training allows the psychologist to select, administer, and interpret the particular battery, tests and procedures which will yield the most comprehensive understanding of an individual's strengths and weaknesses. Each examination is tailored to the needs of the individual client. A neuropsychological evaluation is recommended for any case in which brain-based impairment in cognitive function or behavior is suspected.

While making an appointment the call was disconnected at least 4 times and the woman making the appoinment sounded miserable, highly unpleasant and not once appologized for my being hung up on multiple times.
I was excited to find a provider with availability. Unfortunately, their lack of proper customer service at intial contact was bad enough for me to wait 9 months elsewhere.

They bait and switch with pricing. Confirmed before first appointment that they took our insurance. 5 visits later they tell us no we do not and bill for full price of 5 visits!! They have a policy that all payments must be made before each visit but they didn't. If I would have known that I had to pay out of pocket I would have cancelled after first visit. Now we're out $500 plus. Shady... BEWARE

The evaluation we received from the psychologist was thorough and in-depth; however, the fees charged and the billing department is inadequate. I asked for a fee schedule up front, requested to know what the anticipated costs would be and they blew me off saying each patient is different, will send it to the insurance, not to worry. We were only told the expected amount of office hours that will be booked for the individual evaluation, everything lined up; however, we never received an invoice or statement until 6 weeks after the final session. To our surprise we were billed $3k for 4 office visits

Hannah Holwell’s approach, perspective, insight, and guidance have had an incredibly meaningful impact in my life. Her openness and accessibility set her apart from anyone I have ever worked with. If you are lucky enough to find that she has availability, I strongly recommend jumping at the opportunity to work with her. Hannah, I can’t thank you enough. Don’t know where I’d be without you!

The psychologists I have met with at this office are stellar, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help getting through tough times or honestly just for basic life maintenance/balance. I had postpartum depression and anxiety after the births of both of my children and still see my psychologist even now (kids are 5 and almost 2), just because she is so helpful to me, gives me ideas on how to deal with the more difficult people in my life and how to handle the pressures of keeping a marriage working, raising two kids and working a 40 hr a week job. I can't say enough good things -

I can't speak highly enough about this great practice. They staff is outstanding. We have had a number of families use PCS to have their student evaluated and the reports we get back are incredibly thorough and professional. Families have also sent their children there for personal counseling type issues and I have only heard positive things about their experience. The therapists I have met personally when they came out to our school to help some of our families and parents through a difficult time were genuine and caring and easy to talk to.
