Dr. Stephen Goldstein grew up in nearby Stoughton, received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Brandeis University in 2005, and graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine with a D.M.D. in 2009. When Stephen joined us in 2014, he brought over five years of comprehensive dental experience to our practice.
Dr. Jennifer Zysk grew up in Connecticut, and is happy to now call Massachusetts home. The daughter of a dental hygienist, she was introduced to dentistry at a young age. She was drawn to dentistry by its unique combination of art and science, and, most importantly, the ability to develop relationships with patients, to improve their oral health, and to help them smile brighter.
The hygiene team at Holly Tree Dental has a combined 80+ years of experience, and we pride ourselves on the high level of patient care that we deliver. Debbie, Jen, Kimberly, and Diane have the capability of handling everything from routine care for the healthy to the diagnosing and treating of more difficult periodontal cases.
Our team of chairside dental assistants considers it a source of pride to make your time spent with us very pleasant. Denise and Laura have extensive dental knowledge, and their years of experience combine to provide our patients with an exceptional level of care. Your comfort is their highest priority.
Our Health Relationship Coordinator team will very likely be your first real exposure to our dental practice, and we know it will be a pleasant one! Lynne, Julie, and Mary Beth will be available to help you with your scheduling needs and to answer any questions you may have about our office. They are skilled and knowledgable about any treatment recommendations and in the number of different ways that you can afford to reach your treatment goals.

I would like to say that I have been coming to Holly tree dental for over 20 years. No matter who works on me I get excellent, professional, kind and compassionate care. Kimberly is my hygienist who always tries to be incredibly gentle, and also informative as to how I can have cleaner healthier teeth and gums. If you are looking for a new dental practice, or have moved to the south shore recently, this is the place to go for the best care.

Highly recommend this practice!! Staff is great at what they do and exceptionally friendly. Dr Goldstein recently did some dental work for me and was so attentive not only to the work to be done, but to me as a patient. He went out of his way to make me feel at ease and explained every step of the process. Also really appreciate his approach to only treat what needs to be treated, not everything that could be treated. The team is great with our kids - patiently teaching them how to effectively care for their teeth preparing them for good oral health for their futures. So grateful to the entire

I’m an genuinely appalled at the lack of respect, understanding, and the ability for them to accommodate a busy mother. My husband has been going here for years so I decided to also switch to them for my general dentistry needs. When calling for a née patient appointment and cleaning I was informed I would be there for close to 2 hours. On top of that I was told I might not even get my cleaning done that day and that I would have to come back. I have two small children and can’t get childcare for a dentist appointment for 2 hours. Visiting Holly Tree Dental is always a lovely experience - not only is the care excellent and the practice top notch, but everyone is extraordinarily nice. I hadn’t been there in nearly 18 months and people remembered that I had been planning to move, and asked me follow up questions. I have to say that since being a happy patient there ( as are my 5 other family members), I could not be happier or say enough about Dr. Goldstein. He has an amazing demeanor and makes you feel so comfortable. You feel like you are talking to a friend. Dr. Stephen Goldstein is phenomenal! He takes his time to fully explain all options and ensures that his patient (and family members) truly understand everything that is going on. He does not recommend or do unnecessary procedures and makes sure he is doing what is best for his patient. He also ensures the patient is in control and checks in at each step during procedures to ensure that the patient is comfortable and not in any pain. Thank you for all that you have done!

Holly Tree Dental is the BEST! The staff are welcoming, extremely friendly and always on top of it. My son also enjoys his bi-annual cleanings.

Dr Goldstein is the best dentist I ever had. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He had fixed a lot of my dental screw ups from previous dentists. He always make good judgement and care about your health and well being rather than money. There are no financial surprises either as the staff will write up quotes etc. The hygienists are professional. This is a small practice and therefore the care delivered is the best! After many years of going to sub-par dentists who I feel did unnecessary work, I have finally found someone I can trust completely. Stephen is top notch - kind, patient, takes the time to explain what's going on, what the steps will be, and makes sure you're comfortable with the plan. I know that he doesn't do any unnecessary work - he takes a less is more approach and tries to salvage everything he can.

I have recently changed dentists to Holly Tree Dental and I can't say enough wonderful things about them. The office staff are friendly, professional, and efficient when scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and dealing with insurance issues. On my first visit, I had a very thorough evaluation consisting of x-rays, and periodontal exam. My following visits consisted of a filling and a temporary crown. Dr. Goldstein and his Dental assistant, Denise were very friendly and informative, explaining every aspect of treatment and making sure that I was comfortable at all times. They showed genuine

I had my first GREAT experience, FINALLY, with a dental practice. Deb and Dr. Goldstein were fantastic; and both explained and showed me every detail on my oral hygiene and teeth. I feel confident in their honesty, and their “judgement free” policy on procedures I choose to do, or not to do on my teeth. My son and I had a wonderful first visit to Holly Tree Dental! We saw Diane and Dr. Stephen Goldstein, and met many others in the office as well. Everyone that we met was extremely nice and welcoming, and the office space itself is super clean, warm and inviting. The practice has a great children's dentistry program - everyone helped my 3.5yr old feel comfortable and excited to be there. There is a separate kids room for teeth brushing, as well as a kids nook with toys and books in the beautiful waiting room. I found my adult visit to be more comprehensive and thorough than I have ever had

That place is terrible. I called to make an appointment and was given a date and time only to be told that I actually wasn't able to make appointments, because I have missed three in the past. It is absolutely none of their business why I have had to cancel appointments in the past(for your information- it was either due to a work requirement or sickness, and I called to cancel as soon as I knew I wouldn't be able to make my appointment. I don't just skip appointments for the heck of it. Not to mention, this all has transpired over the past 5 years or so. It's not like I cancelled

We moved to the South Shore a year ago and switched to Holly Tree from a more "expensive" dentist where cleanings were not even covered by insurance. I am so glad we did. ALL the staff make us feel like family, and my children ages 3,3, and 8 run right in to their dental visits. They love to play in the toy room! I even switched them from a children's dental practice that I went to as a kid!

Went here as a child, had to leave due to distance. 20 years later and I'm back and now my husband and 3 boys all go here. Honestly, wish I put in the extra time to drive the distance. Will not be going anywhere else ever again. The staff are amazingly friendly and personable. It's a family feeling you get once you walk through the doors. Both Dentists are very informative and cater to your needs. You're very much included in every step of every procedure.

It was out first time in this office, and my daughter was really nervous about coming. From the moment we open the front door we felt very welcomed. The staff was really friendly. The Dr.Stephen and the hygienist ( Deb )made my daughter feel comfortable. This office is very different from other offices. But in a great way. They just don't have… you sit in the chair and start working away. They want to know you first and educate you on oral hygiene. Very Hands-On, especially with the young ones. I rated a 5 because they are amazing. Now my daughter isn't nervous about going to the dentist

Great office... Sad that i had to leave as i moved out of the area. I have never liked going to the dentist, but this office truly cares about your dental health! They don't completely torture you and they really sit and teach you what you should be doing. For sure a very rare office, the atmosphere is so beautiful, and calming. Just very unique! Always felt 100% comfortable being there.

I have never been to a dentist like this (I've been to 4 in my lifetime) Treatment is cutting edge, the entire team is extremely friendly, and the office feels more like a spa than a dentist office.
My initial appointment wasn't just a cleaning- they did many tests just to see where my oral health was- they even took me with them to put a sample of plaque under a microscope to check for bacteria- and showed it on a little TV screen! (I've got a healthy mouth- WIN :) Top of the line dentistry- Can't thank the whole team enough for being so wonderful!
