Great experience. I was short on time, as I am a procrastinator, and needed a suit. Turns out what I wanted needed to be custom made. Erin was able to walk through the process, get me fitted and my suit ordered in a quick amount of time. They got the suit to me ahead of schedule even after the final alterations were made.

Sadly some of the worst custom shirts I have ever had. I wear nothing but custom sports shirts and have them made all over the world. I had high hopes for this place but was very disappointed. The quality is just horrible. The fit is sloppy and loose. The cut through the hip is tapered horribly. The neck can never be buttoned to the top. The ends of the torso curl up. The collar bubbles the arms are so loose. The sleeve is to long. It honestly does not feel custom at all. I have friends who recently bought here and said they had to bring it back multiple times. I had 6 shirts made and I dread wearing

For bespoke you'll have much better options around town and from traveling clothiers. Q has an issue with their shirts where the right collar sinks and they use cheap buttons that break with cleaners. Confirmed same issue with a few others that have used them. Very strange (and they don't know how to fix it, as I've taken all my shirts back multiple times)

After spending over $2,000 on a custom suit for our wedding the picture on the left is what my fiancé would have looked like on our wedding day had I not followed my gut and taken the suit elsewhere to be looked at. From start to finish dealing with Q Clothier was a disorganized mess. Not only did his jacket look terrible but we had to spend more money fixing their mistake because the refused to do anything other than take it back to them.
After coming in 3 times for fittings as you can see in the picture on the left not only was the suit atrociously pressed but there is weird puckering around

I was fitted personally at my office by Ms. Amber, for a full custom suit and shirt. Upon the arrival of my suit/shirt, I was contacted to come into the West Village location to ensure everything was to my liking, and to double check the fit. The service was impeccable, and I Only needed one small alteration on one item, which was fixed and ready for me within the week. It was getting passed their closing time, but the whole staff stayed to help me and my business partner, and were happy to do so. Very hospitable, offering cocktails from the bar, and going above and beyond to let us shop even though

Never been to this store, on vacation in Dallas and posted about it on my Instagram. Got a follow from this stores insta page, and they began messaging me, at first it just seamed friendly, maybe trying to putt in a customer for sales, until I got asked the question of weather I “fool around”, highly highly highly inappropriate and disgusting behavior. reported, blocked, and wanted to get this out on here in case any other girls get contacted like this....

Excellent options and courteous staff that will do anything to make you happy. I walked into Q one day in need of a shirt and new to the custom world. Now I have several trousers, jackets, shirts, two pairs of shoes, and a three piece suit from Q. The construction quality is excellent as is the advice the reps give to help you craft a look that both reflects your personality and your needs (business, weekend, social events). So pour a whiskey (they have a bar), get out a few fabric books, and start cycling through swatches for your next sport coat.

Shopping with multiple clothiers in the past, I had nearly given up on trying to find someone that really understood my style with the quality products and timely delivery I desired. Taylor at Q Clothier, far and beyond exceeded my expectations. Starting from my first order, in getting me an amazing derby outfit in a time crunch to helping me build out my wardrobe for almost any occasion, Taylor has been an incredible resource and a pleasure to work with. Had them make a shirt for me. They didn't make the button holes correctly as agreed upon. Asked them to fix a suit jacket and they sent me down the street to Cho's who ended up doing a poor job on the suit alteration as well. I would stay away or find another place that follows through on their word and refers their clients to capable third party vendors.

Unprofessional, fake, and rude staff (including David and Bryan). The staff does a sub par job at measurements, leaving you with an overpriced suit that can not be worn. I would NOT advise anyone to entertain the idea of purchasing even a sock from this store. Trust me when I say the headache is not worth it, you would be better off going to Walmart.

Changing suit fabric without notifying me!!!!. I do not recommend this place to anyone. First, I ordered a custom suit and 2 shirts on Feb 22, 2015 and was told it will take 4-6 weeks. 4 weeks later I called to check if the suit arrived, they told me the 2 shirts arrived but the suit will take 2 more week. I said that fine, I will wait till the suit come then check the shirts and the suit together. 2 week later I called and the suit is not there yet!!! They apologize and offer a complementary shirt and they will deliver the suit in 1 week (I thought this was a reasonable offer). But 8 weeks later

A friend had recommended this store to me and I had the opportunity to go there today and was really blown away by both the selection of apparel and level of customer service. I came in looking for a new suit and some slacks and ended up purchasing not only that, but two custom shirts. I consider myself a very smart shopper and put a lot of emphasis not only on the quality of material, but on the friendliness of the staff. During my visit the staff was very nice and helpful, but not too pushy or rude. I made sure to get the names of the two ladies who helped me; Vanessa and Taylor. I was lucky

My boyfriend and I love this store. The staff is warm and friendly, the store is one of a kind. It's a very calm atmosphere where you can take your time and trust that your shirt, suit, or whatever you are having made, will come back looking incredible and fitting perfectly! Next door is Rye 51, they are connected in between. So when we're looking for denim or something to go out on the town in, there is always something fantastic on that side as well. From cool colors and patterns to every day wear and business attire, we always find something great in here!
