I don't know if Family Thrift is called Top Vintage, but that is where I visited yesterday. I absolutely love thrift shopping. New and slightly used items that are economical, very useful, and all at one location is my idea of making it work in life. Family Thirft is organized and a pleasant place to shop. Depending on what you are looking for, you can't go wrong by shopping at this business.

I went to the address on a Saturday. I don’t think this place exists anymore. It’s in a warehouse area but the warehouse building didn’t have the company’s name on it. There was no indication that the place is still in service. Nobody answered the phone. Pretty bummed because I drove pretty far to shop here. It’s pretty irresponsible that the owner hasn’t updated any info online about the place going out of business. Anyway, don’t go here, the company is no longer here.

This business booked us a buying appointment a month in advance for July 5th. We drove 14 hours from TN to TX for this appointment with our daughter. When we arrived in Houston the day before our appointment we sent a message via Instagram to confirm the address. They replied they wouldn't be open that day which would have been great to have already known, and we wouldn't have figured it out had we not reached out to them . We DM'd them our phone numbers so we could salvage the situation...heard nothing back. Sent an email...no response. Left a voice message asking for the manager to call me..

Loved it. Would definitely recommend you come with time on your hand so you can efficiently sort through the piles of vintage clothes in the back.

Top Vintage is perfect for those who enjoy the thrill of the hunt as you walk down memory lane (depending on your age of course). The clothes are good quality and clean.
The variety clothes is unlike any other vintage store. They have clothes for men, women and kids and anyone between.
The staff are kind and helpful. The owners are delightful!!
If you are fortunate enough to attend a Bag Event that's the real score! You fill a bag for a flat rate regardless of what's in the bag or how much you can stuff into it. They post the events on their Facebook page!
I'm looking forward to

This Store/Venue reigns as my only go to hidden gem in the city; when I need top shelf pristine clothing from past eras of fashion, this establishment and its proprietor have my undying loyaly

My man and I really liked the Saturdaze event that took place this month. It was hot out and this place is in a warehouse so we didn't stay too long, but we got what we came for - cool new retro threads to add to the wardrobe for a painless price.

He really loved his haul: colorful floral shorts, a Newport tee, and a very retro windbreaker, which he unabashedly wore all together to grocery shop the next morning. Whereas I was on the hunt for dresses & found two that I tried on & loved! One with a really 80's print that I could boldly sport at work & one with a much tamer

I came here for their Second Saturday sale and experienced the first time of being completely overwhelmed. My clothing style was littered about all in those bins strewn about the warehouse. 9 times out of 10 I would pick up a dress, shirt, shorts, shoes, you name it and throw it in my bag then take it out since I couldn't exactly buy up the store. If your a fan of vintage clothing the trip here is definitely worth it. Way better than thrift shops and those vintage/ thrift stores littered about in Montrose. The staff were friendly enough (chipper young teenage girls were working at the checkout

I'm torn on my rating because I like shopping here but the damaged clothing with lots of holes is the same price as pristine clothes. Additionally they have children's dresses labeled as adults therefore they are double the price. It's is very evident that the dresses are not adult dresses.

The fellow at the front desk on 7/11 - I haven't seen him before so I don't know his name - but he was very rude which threw me off because everyone is always so super nice. I hope that was just a fluke or he was having an off day.

If I am able to make it on 7/25 then I'll hopefully

Top Vintage is a fantastic place for vintage finds. It's a warehouse that collects vintage only clothing, accessories and shoes. They mainly do business with vintage shops and boutiques, but they have recently decided to open their doors to the public on the last Saturday of each month.

The set-up of Top Vintage is like a warehouse (of win). However, if you are expecting a disorganized joint where shoppers are left to fend for themselves, you are sorely mistaken. They have all their items arranged into areas and bins, from dresses to overalls to jackets to shorts to shoes to bags/backpacks

Took my wife here, she's a big fan of vintage, but all I know is to carry the stuff she's going to purchase up to the register and then to the car. The folks here are super friendly and very diligent in regards to helping the customer understand what's going on. Basically a bunch of racks and containers jammed full of vintage and collectible clothes and accessories. They give you a printed piece of paper to 100% clarify price. Not my cup of tea, but my wife had a blast. The one drawback: Top Vintage is open only on the last saturday of each month.
