To Michael and his team, we would like to just say a grateful thanks to everyone involved who helped draft and implement our realty trust for us, along with the many hours of hard work that were put in to ensure the correct steps and paperwork were in place to meet our tight deadlines with closing on the property. I hired attorney Simmons to help me with a child custody case and he was amazing. Very professional if I didn't understand the court he explained to me and worked as a great team to get what was needed and wanted out of the case. This law firm represented me in a child custody dispute. To say the least, I feel their representation was horribly inadequate. Continually, I had to badger them to do discovery tasks. Routinely, they were late for scheduled meetings that would end up getting cut short. Mr. Simmons found it difficult to focus on my legal concerns. Frequently, he was attempting to talk over me while I was attempting to explain the legal issues.
