Attorney Gillen's court appearances are primarily in Rockingham County New Hampshire and Essex County Massachusetts although Attorney Gillen regularly appears in most District and Superior Courts in Eastern Massachusetts and Southern and Central New Hampshire.
Most personal injury cases can be handled on a contingency basis - that is, no fee unless there is a recovery. Some cases can allow a recovery for attorney fees on top of other sums that might be due. Other cases are handled on a straight hourly basis with a refundable retainer, due in advance. Most business litigation cases are handled on an hourly fee basis; with a refundable retainer due in advance.

Seriously this man does not know what he's doing. My girlfriend payed him over 3,000 dollars because he's "gotten people out of the same situations" as her. doesn't defend you as his client in a court room. doesn't try for you, doesn't try to fight your case at all. if anything he's just using you for your money and when you tell him these things the man has absolutely nothing to say. Well john there's a special place in hell for you. Thank you for making this year 10x worse especially when Christmas is right around the corner. Thank you for robbing
