Nearly five acres of beautifully manicured grounds create the serenity of a romantic garden to help transform your special day into one straight out of a fairytale. Centered between Denver and Fort Collins, The Meadows offers an expansive 4,000-square-foot indoor venue on a quiet hilltop, providing panoramic views of the majestic Rocky Mountains and surrounding countryside.
Choice of four different menus: barbecue, tacos, Italian, traditional (additional upgraded and custom menus can be add for an additional cost). Base prices to have your wedding here at Meadows Event Center, May through October. Off season discount of $1,000 off packages. When you schedule a tour and meet the owner Simeon, you'll be treated like family and understand how much love and care we will put into your entire Quinceaera experience.
Here are some questions that couples like you frequently ask us. We include tables, chairs, china packages, & a selection of colored linen and dcor packages. We can accommodate up to a maximum of 175 guests for the indoor covered facility and we can accommodate up to 200 indoor and outdoor combined weather permitting.

I recently had my wedding at the Meadows Event Center and I couldn't be happier with the services that were provided. Trisha our event planner took care of everything for us and helped make our big day so much more special. Simon was also running around and making sure all of our finishing touches were finished. Due to the beauty of the venue the pictures we had taken came out so perfect! Thank you again for all of your hard work to make mine and Ashley's day that much more perfect!

As a wedding planner working with a venue 6 hours it was a DREAM working with Simon! He was very quick to get back to me and helped me with any questions I had! We had facetime meetings/tours and also many text/emails back and forth to make sure we had everything in place! The day of the wedding was great, outstanding, amazing! The set up team was the best I have ever worked with! If you are looking to get married in Northeastern Colorado, make sure you contact for a tour!

If I could rate six stars I absolutely would. Simon and his team are professional and accommodating. We had our wedding cancelled due to COVID and he made everything happen for us. He went above and beyond and made it look so graceful while doing it.

Amazing, wonderful and unexpected greatness, my husband and I fell in love with the venue when we first went to view it. Simeon was amazing, we booked 2 years before our wedding date, after the first year we changed dates and Simeon worked with us and let us move our date no charge. And the closer we got to the date Simeon reached out and helped us… with any questions we had about the venue, the wedding in general or other vendors we would need. 2 days before my wedding we fired our coordinator due to her lack of well everything, we told Simeon and he had no issue of jumping in and taking
