My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and we would have never been able to navigate our way through the process without Shannon’s expertise! We ended up purchasing a new construction property but the builder and his realtor made it very difficult to contact them and work with them but Shannon was extremely patient with us and helpful in being the liaison between both sides!
