UPM Real Estate is owned and operated by Ken Kaiser, UMass Lowell class of 1983. Ken started Universal Property Management in 1985 and incorporated the company in 1994. With over 35 years in the industry, there is no property Ken can't manage. Ken is also a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and can broker the purchase or sale of our clients' property.
