We specialize in color- blonding, multidimensional color, balayage & toner/color melts- along with haircutting & gel nails too!. Critical: Professionalism
I called to make appointment and got the answering machine. I understand they are busy, so I left a message with my name and number. Never got a phone call back. They must be that busy that they don’t bother calling new clients back. How very unprofessional!! A salon that doesn’t want new clients I have no interest in anyway.

Bonnie at their Marysville location is such a sweetheart -- and a wonderful hairstylist! She goes above and beyond to made sure you leave with exactly what you want. She's friendly, knowledgeable, warm, a good conversationalist, and she was so patient with my mom while she was able to get into the shop. I always leave feeling pampered.
The only complaint I have is with the location of the Marysville shop. The entrance has tall steps, and no H/C access. Parking in front of the shop is very limited. Their Enola location is H/C accessible.
