Where do I start?! The atmosphere is absolutely stunning and I know you you will never find a dental office like it. The staff not only treated me like family but also took the time to really explain to me all the things I needed done in full detail. I had high dental fear before coming here and now I actually look forward to coming and seeing my favorite girls! Highly recommend them!

Dental Bliss helped me immediately when I had a dental emergency. I called about a half dozen other offices prior to coming across Dental Bliss and they all said I had to wait anywhere from 3 days to a week.
Well, I have been loyal to Dental Bliss since that happened a few years ago. The clinical excellence and compassionate care is top notch.
On top of that, you feel like you're walking into a spa. The office and grounds are beautiful. Everyone is friendly. No better place for your dental needs. You won't be disappointed!!

I’ve been coming to Dental Bliss for 24 years and have always been very satisfied with the services they provide. You always are felt welcome and the staff is very accommodating. The staff at Dental Bliss are the best and friendliest I’ve come across at a dentist. They always greet you by first name and make sure you feel welcomed. It was 5 years since I’ve been to the dentist so I was a little nervous to go. I had to have some pretty intense fillings done but Dr. Megan was so gentle and sweet and made sure I was comfortable and I didn’t feel a thing! Everyone who worked on my fillings were great! I’m so grateful I found a long term dentist that I can trust!

You will never want to go to another dental office once you go here and see Dr. Girmscheid! It’s such a beautiful lodge-like office and pleasant experience. From the massage chair to the piano music and the friendly staff, they really take care of you and make you feel extra comfortable. It feels so nice to be able to fully trust your provider and their staff. Happy to have found my new dental home in Nashville!

I have major mixed feelings about this place.. I have major dental phobia so it sounded perfect to get sedation for my crown and several fillings. However, 3 times that I've been under sedation I was conscious for maybe half of it? The first time they kept saying I was fighting it and I swear to god I was trying with all my might to go to sleep, but the meds were just not working properly for me. They've tried adjusting it three times but pretty similar results each time. It was good enough since I was relaxed, but still not the completely knocked out experience I was hoping for. And

My experience at the Dental Bliss in Franklin, Tn was not only horribly unprofessional. it was personally traumatizing. I went in with a direct mail coupon for teeth cleaning. The coupon was ignored and I was told I immediately needed to get my gums deep cleaned. This was going to take two 2-3 hr appts and cost several hundred dollars.After advanced X-rays I was given a long list of things I needed done. I was sent to the financial dept where the sum total estimate of all this work was well over $7000.00. I informed the person in the financial office that I was retired and on a tight budget. I

I had a great experience on my first visit, a cleaning. But when I went back a second time, not so great at all, in fact it was awful. I needed a crown, some bone fragment removed from an old root canal, and a filling- it was suggested I have them all done at the same time to save money on the anesthesia( in this case, nitrous oxide, better known as laughing gas) and novacaine. It was no laughing matter, because it did.not.work. This seemed to irritate the dentist and because the rooms are not fully enclosed, I was forced to overhear the callous remarks of both he and his staff, which made me

As someone with intense dental anxiety and traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, I spent most of my life in complete fear of going to the dentist. I'm not sure what type of insurance these other reviewers were using, but my visit to Dental Bliss was nearly fully covered by my insurance. Also, this place caters to high-fear patients (like me), who don't mind paying for better service and a doctor who actually cares about her patients. The office setting and service from the staff (including Dr. Hord) was nothing short of exceptional.

This place is amazing. First of all the atmosphere is gorgeous and the staff is so friendly!
I used to go to the Hermitage location and now go to Franklin. Both clearly reflect their great leader/owner, Dr. Atchley. He is a wonderful dentist and one of the nicest men.
I have been going to this dentist practice for over 9 years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else!

Dental Bliss saved the day recently. I needed an emergency appointment for an abcessed tooth. I called several dental offices including the one I've been going to for 8 years but Dental Bliss was the only one who would fit me into their schedule. Initially I thought I walked into a day spa. It has that feel and look. The staff were very friendly, treated me like a VIP, explained everything in detail, and provided excellent dental care. I highly recommend Dental Bliss.

Have to update this. In my initial post I wrote about how insurance covered this visit like a normal visit. Unfortunately on my receipt it told my how much insurance would cover, but it didn't actually cover it, so Dental Bliss bills you for it. Without insurance, this place is ridiculously expensive. I switched dentists.

Yes, the place is beautiful and the staff very welcoming, but 5 months after my typical dental exam with xrays and a basic cleaning I'm left with a $410 bill of which insurance only payed $72 (which I was told insurance would cover my expenses. . that was obviously untrue). This is because they overcharge on EVERYTHING compared to other dental practices. What is typically a $45 exam elsewhere will become $116. . .no, nothing high tech or new was used, poked and scraped at my teeth, looked at them and the xrays, and done. Everything else (bite wings, cleaning, and panoramic) billed was double
