A2A (Analysis to Action) Integrated Logistics is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) innovative company structured to support a wide variety of Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial construction projects.
A2A is owned exclusively by Service Disabled Veterans and the company has been certified through the Department of Veteran Affairs Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) program. A2A is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran's Business Enterprise (SDVBE) through the National Veteran-Owned Business Association.
The founders of A2A saw the need to establish a set of core principles for its organization as a means to collaboratively focus upon objectives pertinent to the business needs of our clients (figure 2). True to the spirit of the company's collective approach in planning and performing operations. Our combined business philosophy draws from the hedgehog concept framework as established by the author Jim Collins (2001) in the novel "Good to Great".
A2A has identified the need in the global market for the development of quality logistics solutions through strategic planning, implementation and control of the efficient surge of material and resources along with warehousing, inventory management, property book management, implementation and development of automated logistics systems.
A2A takes extreme pride in it's professional staff of Traffic Management Logisticians who have recently supported the Surface Deployment Distribution Command (SDDC) in four (4) key departments within the G9 performing technical services. A2A provides value added services for the acquisition and execution of domestic surface distribution functions.
