We were able to get a hold of someone for an electronic quote, and then, from that quote, we ended up having a contact. I was able to call him whenever and he would answer my questions which was really, really helpful. The moving crew was fast. They were in and out in three hours from when they got to the house. There was miscommunication on our part and on whoever our representative was where we went two weeks without our stuff. We thought that the window began when they picked up our stuff and moved it. I was moving to another location to be closer to my kids. Logistic Lumper Services seemed like a better deal for me since they weren't going by rate and the cost was a little less. The move turned out to be more than they quoted, so that was a bit of a disappointment. But getting a quote and scheduling the move was easy, and the rep was pleasant. They were professional and did a good job.

Logistic Lumper Service helped us move from our apartment on the second floor to our new home, it was a fantastic and seamless process. They were very professional and organized and extremely quick. Amazing knowledge on how to package and care for fragile and non-fragile goods. Very good and warm staff, agile and ready to work. We were packed, moved and unpacked in about a day and half. It was the most stress-free process ever. Everything was boxed and labeled and easy for anyone to recognize and re-arrange. Thank you and I highly recommend this service to anyone who’s moving.

The rep I spoke with was very respectful and addressed all my needs and concerns. I asked a lot of questions and my wife had more questions and he was very patient. He walked us through everything. Then, the crew who helped us move was phenomenal. They were about an hour late and my wife and I were a little bit nervous but they showed up and when they arrived, they did not stop working. We opted for a full professional pack and they disassembled furniture and went through the drawers and the cabinets. They were very meticulous and they did a great job. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! At first, Nikia Martin sounded friendly and professional, told us her team of 4 people would be at a certain location between 3:00-3:30pm to help our driver unload potatoes from his truck(just unload,no transportation or any other services required).She sent us general quotes and we accepted the price for lumper services. Made an appt with this company at 9am, had one of our employees on site at 9am waiting for their arrival. It was 9:30 when I called to see where they were because they had not arrived yet, I was informed that the team was 1.5 hours out. 2 hours passed, they still had not arrived. I began calling and emailing the company with no response until nearly 2pm. Team never showed up. Tried to let them do it next day, they showed up late and did not end up doing any of the moving that we needed done.
