Services
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a focused, problem-solving psychotherapy that has been shown in over 400 outcome studies to be highly effective for the treatment of many emotional, psychological and personal problems. In contrast to other forms of psychotherapy, cognitive therapy is usually more focused on the present, more time-limited, and more problem solving oriented.
