The presence of asbestos in your building presents a potential health hazard for occupants that can prove fatal to their lives in the long-term.
According to the Environmental Protection Agency, lead is the single most serious environmental health hazard affecting children today. The main sources of lead poisoning in children are from deteriorated lead based paint, contaminated soil and lead-contaminated drinking water. Federal and local agencies have implemented numerous regulations that are designed to minimize or eliminate lead hazards.
During the mold inspection, mold testing Orange County and Los Angeles technicians will check out your crawlspace, attic, bathroom and any other areas with visible mold to determine the source of the problem as well as identify, measure, and track hidden moisture and mold. After the mold inspection is done, we can begin the cleanup process.

Report
I am a general contractor. I called National Econ for testing and a report for lead and asbestos because a good friend recommended them. It took 5 phone calls, and five promises from them before they finally came out.
The guy that came out was very polite and professional, and said I would have my report e-mailed to me on Thursday or buy the latest on Friday.
Today is Monday at 11AM. I just called them and now they tell me tomorrow!.
If you like reliable, dependable people, or you are trying to make a living and need to have a report in a timely manner, DO NOT USE National Econ! They don't
