Environmental Compliance & Testing provides industrial, commercial, and residential mold, radon, asbestos, lead testing as well as other specialized services in Memphis, TN, and the midsouth. Our environmental consulting services include assistance with environmental regulatory compliance for clients with, or in need of, permits for air emissions, stormwater, wastewater, process water, spill prevention & control, and hazardous materials handling.
Much of our work involves teaming with clients to develop plans for new products, new plants, assess opportunities to minimize risk, and build community and consumer participation. ECT has been engaged in a wide range of business-growth projects. Our experience includes air quality permitting, regulatory applicability, and major new source permitting (e.g., preparation of PSD and non-attainment area NSR permit applications).

Equipment necessary to collect air, wipe, bulk, and water samples for mold and/or bacteria analysis. A report which summarizes and provides an interpretation of all measured microbiological concentrations.

An estimated 20,000 people will die each year for the next 30 years from asbestos exposure. If you have reason to believe that your building has deteriorated suspect building materials, it is imperative to have those materials tested for asbestos.

Mike at ECT was awesome. We called for residential mold testing and he was so responsive, kind, thorough and helpful. He had test results the next day and took the time to walk us through results and explain it all and help us understand what we needed.

I researched heavily before tasking anyone to do such an important job and we consulted with two other companies in addition to ECT, but from the first phone conversation, you can tell they have a superior approach. Mike is not only an obvious expert, but he is present, patient, and mindful about his method. If you've found yourself researching environmental testing experts, then hear me when I say: In addition to knowledge -- empathy counts -- and Mike is as kind as they come. Oh, and after the guy we booked that morning showed up and said "this looks tricky" ... we called Mike. That was at 11am

After encapsulating my crawl space, I wanted an air quality test done just to be sure I had no problems with mold. I contacted Mike Tooley on a Friday afternoon. Within a few hours after my call, he was able to make it out to my house. Super nice guy. I had results by the following Monday evening. I checked around with other companies before calling ECT and found they were going to charge me twice as much. My dealings with ECT could not have gone any better. Great company. Thanks Mike!

I had my house checked for toxic mold and after having it tested and discussing the results with Mike (the mold guy), it turned out my mold problem was not near as bad as what I thought. However, at first I was disappointed with the price and became disgruntled at first but Mike was able to be as professional and negotiable as he could as well as explain the price and we worked out something together in the end. I know it's not hard dealing with upset customers but Mike was able to handle it very well. I wrote a negative review at first but I misjudged this place. It was nice to see a place that

Mike Tooley came by for an inspection earlier today that included some mold growing in one of our showers. He was extremely polite and professional, easy to converse with and very knowledgable. Mike seemed very concerned with causing as little intrusion as possible and getting in and out in a timely fashion, which he did. I don't think his visit lasted more than 10 minutes and he told us we would have the results of our inspection the very next day. He was very reassuring that our issue would be handled with no major complications. Great experience!
