Assisted Living is a special combination of housing, supportive services, personalized assistance and health care designed to respond to your individual needs. In contrast to skilled nursing, Marlow Manor Assisted Living enables you to remain in a non-institutional setting. Marlow Manor offers a continuum of health care services and assistance to enhance your spiritual and physical well-being.

Because your freedom and privacy are so important, our goal is to tailor your service plan to preserve your independence, dignity, and privacy. Dedicated to a principal of mutual care and respect, Marc and Lael Marlow dreamed of providing senior housing meeting the needs of a variety of people and the community.

We offer competitive wages and benefits, as well as the best working environment in Anchorage. Marlow Manor is a beautiful 40,000 square foot facility consisting of 48 individual apartments with 3 different sizes and configurations to meet your individual needs and financial situations. Financial assistance may be available. Our minimum age requirement for residency is 62 years. All utilities, except telephone service (INCLUDES: Water, Heat, Electricity and Basic Cable Television).
Each apartment consists of a large accessible shower and bathroom as well a kitchenette with sink, microwave and refrigerator/ freezer. Please see our photo gallery for more pictures of the facility. There are 14 safe, secure apartments for individuals experiencing Alzheimer's Disease, and other forms of dementia.
Marlow Manor is proud to employ dedicated, compassionate individuals to work in this environment, including 3 Registered Nurses as part of the administrative and support team. While skilled nursing services are not provided, the RNs are available for monitoring of well-being, responding to health-related concerns, and oversight and education of the resident living assistants.
Marlow Manor employs a full-time Activities Coordinator to provide opportunities to meet social, physical, and spiritual needs. Family members and loved ones of residents are encouraged to participate and members of the community are welcome to apply as a volunteer (application and background check requirements may apply).
