Services
A stylist since 1987, Jen worked for nine years at the John Dellaria Salon in Hyannis, including training at the Dellaria Salon on Commonwealth Ave., Boston. From there, she went on to Splash Hair Salon in Barnstable where she worked as a stylist for eight years, ultimately joining forces with Lori Geiler to open Salon 6A and Spa in 2006.
Kimberly is trained in Fusion Fractional Mesotherapy which combines two concepts, the first being advance collagen stimulation therapy and the second, the introduction of traditional pharmaceuticals, vitamins, minerals, growth factors, biomimetic peptides, and amino acids into the skin to target specific conditions.
Tailored to your needs, our massage therapist incorporates a variety of advanced modalities that enhance the body's natural restorative function. Light or firm touch is used to release tension, relax muscles, increase circulation and bring a whole body, well rounded experience of relaxation, healing and well-being.
Emily Kogut has reiceved her certification in reiki, first second and third degree, as well as a modality, called Harmonyum, which raises your vibration, brings balance to the left and right sides of the brain and brings an over all sense of well being and healing, as it is equivalent to an hour of meditation.
Deb did absolutely fantastic at making my hair a masterpiece for our my wedding day, and I couldn't be more thankful! From the trial which was beautiful to going above and beyond and making it even better for the wedding day- she was a true artist. Thank you so much for all of your help Deb, I was truly surprise and thankful that the curls lasted all day!

The moment I spoke to Jen Wood on the phone I knew this was the right place. Jen is professional, warm and caring. Her salon is bright and airy. Her staff is friendly, enthusiastic about their profession and amazing stylists. Because I had such a great experience I accepted Jen’s offer to join her staff and am now Salon6A and Spa’s Massage Therapist. I enjoy the clients who come to see me and I love being there! Such a wonderful place for hair, skin and body care.

My experience with salon 6A was phenomenal from beginning to end. They were so helpful with booking and there were plenty of reminders as well along the way. I think it was Kimberly that did my hair for my wedding. I barely had any photos to show her and she absolutely did an amazing job. She is very skilled and made my hair look beautiful. My mom and fiancé also had their hair done here and they all looked great. Highly recommend!!

Deb did my hair and my sister’s hair for my small intimate wedding this past weekend. She not only did a phenomenal job day of but also on the day of. She was friendly and easy to talk to. It was raining on our… wedding day. I have the straightest hair, and it can be difficult to hold a curl especially with humidity. Our photographer took pictures of us in the rain, and my hair held through it all. I also really enjoyed coordinating with Emily. She provided excellent communication and was really organized. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Salon 6a is the place for all things hair and beauty. Or even a good chuckle. To manage my style in keeping my hair short and not too out of control, I make it a place I frequent- yes, frequent. It is the place… to see explore and let them give you a haircut. If you’re a new client, my bet is that we’ll cross paths every now and again.

Being the mother of a hairdresser isn't easy when you live 1,000 miles from her salon. Never a bad cut from my daughter, so you see I have high expectations!
