My name is Cyrus Bonnet and I have been a pioneer in the military real estate professionals nationally for nearly 10 years. As a combat army veteran and JBLM's top military realtor, I know what it takes to make your PCS move systematic and smooth. To stay knowledgeable on current market regulations in this fast-paced industry, I take ongoing trainings on the imperative real estate laws, market conditions and VA regulations regularly.
My team and I regularly assist in numerous PCS relocations coming and going, both national and worldwide. We have strategically developed our own successful processes to improve efficiency. Our PCS center was designed to give you quality updated research tools so that you can feel confident in your choices.
When shopping lenders or loan institutions its important to pay attention to loan fees, not just the rates. Some are built into the loan some are out of pocket. Most of the time your closing costs consist of your loan costs. Loan fees consist of title and escrow (when allowed) flood certificate fee, underwriting fee, commitment fee, application fee, rate lock extensions, recording fee, city/county stamps and a variety of others.
Featuring a diverse landscape that stretches from the Puget Sound waterfront to Mt. Rainier National Park, Pierce County is the second largest county in Washington state. In the west of the county, you'll find Joint Base Lewis-McChord right along Interstate-5, and several surrounding cities and communities where many in the military choose to call home.

Dual military and looking for a house sight unseen for an upcoming PCS from across the country. We worked with Jenna mostly, and she was really awesome and responsive all the way up until we got the keys to our new home.

I just happened to google search for realtors that specialized with Veterans and VA loans in Tacoma, and I found SoldiersAgent. Cyrus and Jenna did an amazing job and helped me close on a house that fit ALL of my needs and budget, in this very fast paced and aggressive housing market. They have a lot of resources and knowledge for local mortgage loans, contractors, escrow processing and of course all the electronic paperwork needed.

Two great big thumbs up for Cyrus and Jenna! They helped us out immensely and we couldn't be happier with how we were treated. We moved from Seattle to Centralia and were under a time crunch because of a job change. They went out of their way to help us tour many houses each week for a good long while; and stayed with it until we found the one we wanted.

Cyrus and Jenna worked tirelessly to help us get into our beautiful new home!! Jenna must have shown us DOZENS of houses to find one that was perfect for us. Knows the military and his job as a realtor. Cyrus was personable, knowledgeable, well connected with his associates and peers, and trustworthy. We had to leave the state and he handled everything amazingly without missing a deadline. Additionally, someone dumped the waste and recycle containers we left for Tacoma sanitation all over the front lawn, Cyrus cleaned it all up and didn't charge us anything extra even though we insisted he get compensated. Oh, he also sold our house for over $50K above asking price. Cyrus Bonnet is by far the best realtor I have ever seen!

First of all 5 stars doesn't show even the gratitude my husband and I feel toward Cyrus for our experience, because going well out of your way for us was huge and making sure we got a home in such a sellers market without the extreme stress made our lives that much easier.
If you are ever questioning the kind of Realtor you want Cyrus is the way to go, his aggressiveness in this industry and market is a must, we never felt like we would get a house that wasn't to our standards.
