Told me that they needed 4 months from order to complete the job, replace a simple single door. Then when it came to making the agreement, they said they could not commit to a time shorter than 6 months. They also didn't seem to understand, and then refused to furnish, a contractor's final affidavit, which is a document that they are required to give under the lien law. Unpleasant.

I ordered new front doors From First Impressions and they were recently installed by their work crew who were very professional. The crew cleaned u afterwards beautifully.
The staff at First Impressions are also a group of professionals, including Pam and Peter...very knowledgeable, polite and informative.
First Impressions will be installing new patio doors in a few weeks and I have been told what to expect from that installation (sawing tile, dust and the need to cover outside plants and furniture).

My experience with First Impressions Doors and More has been very good. My new, hurricane-impact front door is beautiful. It took a long time for the door to be manufactured, delivered, and installed, but it was well worth the wait. The customer service has been excellent and the installer, Ryan from J & G Carpentry, is considerate and highly skilled. Great job, All! Thanks
