Unlike a hotel, the specific property you are booking is one of a kind. We require a down-payment to secure a reservation, which must be made on a major credit card (MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER). This down-payment is 50% of the reservation total. We ask for half of the reservation amount at the time of booking and the other half 45 days prior to check-in.
