Services
Russell and his wife Tammy are the proud owners of Your Lake Vacation. They have lived here at the Lake of the Ozarks for over 40 years and love the small town feel with larger town amenities. Both graduated from School of the Osage (a few years back) and attend church at Calvary Lake Ozark. They have five children, Justin, Erin, Eli, Zechariah and Eden and one grandchild, Bella.
Call our office and speak with any of our friendly staff, who will guide you through our simple process. We strive to make it easy with our paperless, keyless and stress-less process!. The final 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Your credit card on file will be charged automatically unless you want us to call prior to running.
Join us during our slower seasons and enjoy tremendous savings off of our normal summer rates. Our seasonal rates and specials allow great savings for you and your family or group. Stay with us before Memorial Day or after Labor Day and our pricing is approximately 20% off our summer rates. During the winter season you will enjoy an additional 20% off our off-season rates as well.
We have served the greater Lake of the Ozarks since 1986 by providing quality, full-service vacation rental property management. Your Lake Vacation has been the innovator at the Lake adding vacation rental insurance and damage protection plans in 2005, all keyless entry in 2012 and paperless contracts in 2015.
We have two agents on-staff that specialize in helping people find the right vacation rental or investment property assisted by our knowledgeable network of agents here at the Lake of the Ozarks. If you are looking for a property that you can enjoy but you don't want to rent it out, we can help with that as well!

I have used Your Lake Vacation for several years now and I am ALWAYS so pleased with their staff. The customer service is EXCELLENT! Communication is great and I can call anytime with questions and no matter which staff member I get they are so helpful! I cannot say enough good things about this company and their staff!

Our 1st rental was canceled due to the owner selling the property. The staff and owner at, Your Lake Vacations, was professional and expedient at getting us into another unit. It was a great location, on the water, with a magnificent view. We occupied the unit at the Monarch Cove Condominiums. We will rent there again. However prior to checking in, we will request a proper cleaning. The maintenance and cleaning staff were less than satisfactory. When arriving, the smoke detectors were going off and there was a puddle of water in the bottom of the refrigerator. The maintenance man came, but could

Stayed at Teak Village 3 over Memorial day weekend. Wonderful cove, view, and dock. Two huge decks could easily entertain 30+ people (but you wouldn't be allowed to have such a party, just saying how much room there is out there). Management easy to work with & professional. Two fridges are a bonus. Two dining tables/areas inside, four outdoor tables on decks (2 have chairs for 6, so could seat 12 people outside). Every kitchen gadget provided including two full dish sets, coffee cups, & glasses. Plenty of serving trays, bowls, etc. Flat screens in every room worked well w/ basic Dish TV. New gas

We stayed at a clean, cozy, reasonably-priced lakefront vacation home. The lake view was beautiful and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable week's vacation. The company was professional and gave us lots of information about the property and area before our arrival and answered any questions we had.

I don't know who the guys is below but Patrick has been cool with us! We have booked their properties with golf tee times 2 years in a row for 10-12 guys and it's been a breeze. Great locations, totally easy to set up the golf trip and Patrick and staff have always been friendly and helpful.

We have been enjoying our vacation condos from Your Lake Vacation for quite a few years now. They always bend over backwards to make sure our stays are great. Every member of their team is quite personable, making us feel that we are not customers, but making sure we feel like family. The condo we rent the most often has an absolutely outstanding view of the lake with such gorgeous sunsets that you feel like you're in paradise. I would enthusiastically recommend Your Lake Vacation for your Lake of the Ozark vacation. Try them, you'll be hooked!!!
