They stole thousands of dollars and won’t repair seawall, It’s been years. They have made mine and my family’s life miserable! I wouldn’t recommend these thieves to my worst enemy!!

I recently had some problems with some work Ideal did for me last summer. John and Frank came out immediately and corrected the issue, even though they could have argued that it wasn't their fault. They took complete ownership and corrected the problem to my total satisfaction.
I've worked with other marine contractors in the area that go out of their way to avoid taking ownership of their work, Ideal was the opposite. I will continue to use them moving forward, they earned my trust with this experience.
