We take bbq seriously. Our barbecue is smoked using the "hot and fast" method on world class pits with locally sourced Arkansas pecan wood.
Our specialties are baby back ribs and brisket, but we cook it all. We also pride ourselves on handcrafted sauces like "Cherry Coke, " "Peach Moonshine, " and "3X Hot." We are unique in that we only book one catering event per day, so you never have to worry about staying in touch with us leading up to your special occasion.

Hot and Fast BBQ is truly a unique business. There are lots of places to eat BBQ, but Hot and Fast is BBQ. We hand make our own sauces and rubs, travel the competitve BBQ circuit, provide fresh never reheated catering, and constantly strive for barbecue perfection. We limit our catering orders to one per day, ensuring personalized service every time.
Hot and Fast BBQ is ready to cater your next event. Weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, and any other reason you can think of to have great barbecue are our specialty. We welcome all size groups, and we deliver the food to you. We have three tiers of drop off service available. We also offer full service, which includes set up/take down, and staff to serve your guests.

John and the guys at Hot & Fast catered my wedding of 300 people to perfection. The pulled chicken and pulled pork were phenomenal! Highly recommend these guys for any and all functions you may need high quality and perfectly cooked BBQ. John is very friendly and easy to talk to and work with. I called several caterers for a wedding. As soon as I spoke to John, I knew I would not have to call anyone else. The owner answers the phone and you deal directly with him. Very organized and easy to work with.
UPDATE: The food was spectacular and on-time. I am not sure there is anywhere else with this level of service and dedication to preparing food just for you.

WOW!!! That's really the only way to explain this food/company!! H&F catered a friend's birthday party a few weeks ago, and I knew I had to have them cater my dad's 60th birthday party. They were flexible on my early schedule, absolutely accommodating on all the crazy things I wanted, very reasonably priced, and had ABSOLUTELY AMAZING BBQ!! People at the party kept asking where we got it from because they loved it so much. I have definitely found my "BBQ Guy!" I could not recommend them enough. Thank you H&F for a great experience all around!!

Hot and Fast BBQ has catered my work parties and has prepared ribs and brisket for our family of three, and it never disappoints. The meat is so tender it falls off the bone, and the brisket just melts in your mouth. While I typically add extra sauce to ribs/meat when eating out, I don’t add anything to Hot and Fresh BBQ meats because the flavoring is spot on. If you are looking for quality service and mouth-watering meats, I recommend Hot and Fast BBQ for your next family gathering, tailgate party or large event.
