This would prevent any misunderstandings, miscommunications, and possibly slander/harassment on social media posts/text messages coming from your business, that result in legal charges.
Changing your policies going forward is probably best. Please include a statement that your business will in no way threaten, harass, slander, violate one’s confidentiality/trust, or falsify information. Such statements are professional points that most business owners take pride in.

Let me start off by saying that the bartenders themselves were a lot of fun and they made sure the guests had a good time. Sue, the owner, will make you never want to have anything to do with them ever again. 1 star is too much for her. We payed our bill in full about a month before our wedding. After our wedding we got another $200 charge because of extra time added. When I asked sue about this she gave two excuses. The first was not being able to find the mother of bride in order to be dismissed (my mother passed away almost ten years ago). The bartenders leave at the agreed upon time so I’m

1 star is too many for this business. My friends booked Tie 1 On back in October for my birthday party and we had such a great experience with the bartender. So much so that I got her number to use her again for other parties in the future. Fast forward to July, I'm planning an engagement party and I texted the bartender from my birthday party. She quickly informed me that she was available for the night of our party, but that I needed to book directly through her boss- Sue at Tie 1 On. I texted Sue and informed her that I had reached out to the bartender directly and that I wanted to book her

We booked Tie One On for a very large birthday party, and they definitely delivered. The bartender was very personable and professional. The bartender was there early to get set up and also helped with the teardown. We had nothing but compliments about Tie One On's bartender. There is no doubt Tie One On will be our goto for any future events.

The owner Sue is very professional and makes sure your event is a huge success. I would not consider using another event staffing company in Arkansas.. They are hands down the best!

Working with these folks to bartender our wedding reception was so easy. Our awesome bartender, Robin, was punctual, professional and so sweet to our guests.
The booking and payment process was very simple- Sue was very responsive to questions and all around awesome to work with.
If we have another event that calls for bar tending services I will definitely contact these folks.

Tie 1 On is a professional mobile bartending service that my catering company LOVES to work with! The staff is always top knotch, follows state regulations for maintaining guest safety, fully licensed and insured, and willing to work with customers as well as other vendors to ensure a superb event! Hands down the hardest working bartenders and staff in Northwest Arkansas. Willing to do whatever needs to be done and with a friendly smile. Sue was very accommodating with all our requests. I have used them several times and worked with a few different bar staff and wait staff. Always a pleasure. They bring their own wine openers and make sure we have everything we need for our events. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. Whether its a Christmas party, wedding or small family gathering. They can handle it!
