I found Black Diamond online and was impressed with the reviews, so I thought I would give them a try! I needed carpets cleaned and they were able to fit me in the next day. I found out they also clean houses, so I scheduled that as well! The carpets looked amazing and the whole house got a good wipe-down. I was very happy with the end-result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again myself!

Team came in on short notice and did a miraculous job on my carpets, including getting out pet odors from a previous owner. Then they made my tile look brand new, we had no idea the grout was actually beige! And they took care of the dryer vents that I don’t think had been cleaned out in years. Great service, great work performed, excellent trustworthy people. I plan to use them again.

Scheduled appointment was pushed back due unavoidable circumstances on their end. But arrived when promised and was sent plenty of updates along the way. Professional and courteous along with great service. Carpets look and smell great. Even though the work took them into the early evening, it was done 100% correct. Will use them again without hesitation.

Wonderful, friendly and caring company! They did a fantastic job! We had an urgent need for cleaning after a terrible accident in our house. They expressed their sympathy for our situation and took the best care cleaning our carpet and upholstered furniture. We've only lived in Oakdale for 3 months and have used their service twice. I was given a couch and needed it cleaned. I contacted Black Diamond, was given an estimate. (which was excellent). I wish I would have done before and after pictures. the couch is cream color and blue, but when it was given to me, it was move of a dark cream and blue looked dull. As you can see in the photos, it is now brighter blue and creamy. They did an awesome job on the couch and the 2 pillows. He explained to me what he will be using, how he was cleaning it etc. I also had 2 area rugs cleaned also. He explained the difference on the 2 rugs I wanted clean. The job done was out standing. Was

I am very impressed with Black Diamond. Reached out over the weekend, got a reply Monday morning at 8am. Phone call before 8:30. Scheduled same day and arrived on time. Cleaned my carpets with a focus on pet stains. Used a purple light to find every stain and pretreatment. The carpets came out like new and all pet stains are gone. I like how they took the time to explain everything and made sure I was happy. Definitely recommend.

We had Black Diamond Services clean our rental top to bottom when we moved out. The house is old and the carpet in poor condition when we moved in four years ago. They did a fantastic job cleaning out the house and taking care of the carpets. The carpets look fantastic and the house is Significantly cleaner than when we moved in. They were on time and their team was extremely friendly. Hoping to be able to refer lots of business to them in the future. Highly recommended.

I just purchased a house in Oakdale and I was in need of a company to clean the carpets. I am so glad I was able to use Black Diamond cleaning service. Nolan answered my call promptly and was able to do the job within a couple of days. He gave me a fair price and also a fair bid on tile cleaning. So I scheduled tile floor cleaning. Both carpets and tile look great! Nolan was very easy to work with, has great work ethic and polite. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend!

I contacted them on Monday asking for a quote and to see if they could possibly clean the carpets before Saturday when my new furniture arrived. They were super quick with their response and I had an appointment for the next day at 8:30am. He arrived right on time talked to me about the concerns I had which were pet stains told me what he would be doing and gave a price. He was cleaning the carpets by 9am and when he was done they looked brand new!! He was very honest about two spots he didn't think would come out one was a burn so I knew that wouldn't and the other was a red colored

Nolan provided great customer service and was prompt with responding. However the people who came to clean honestly seemed like they didnt know much about what they were doing. They were respectful of my things but did knock off a collector truck from the top of a shelf and broke the wheel off. I paid $390 for 5.5 hours of deep cleaning and still had to clean my sliding glass door, front door(glass) and vaccum underneath my couches before my guests came over. Overall happy, but seemed more like standard cleaning than deep cleaning.

Joel came to my house to clean the back patio, side yard and front porch. They have been neglected for the first 14 years of this house's occupancy. We move in and noticed it needed cleaning. There were water stains, grunge, grease and what not embedding in the concrete. He did a fantastic job! What a difference he made, he even spent extra time on the really crusted hard water stains.
