I want to start off by saying I got recommended from Jeff’Dambrosio in Oxford to come here after my car got hit while parked at work by a drunk driver 😐 I absolutely loved this place. Everyone was very nice and helpful especially the beautiful ladies in the front desk , not to mention that they did an amazing job so much you wouldn’t even know anything ever happened to my car in a very short amount of time which I love since I had just purchased my car brand new. I definitely recommend Collision zone 100%, also after speaking to a friend she also mentioned she had been here and did not regret

Extremely bad experience. It seemed that they tried to make things right, they're just not that good at what they do. They also reuse broken/damaged parts they think you will not see/notice.
I had to take my Ford Explorer back twice:
The first time they forgot to put clips back in my front frame that holds the under engine air scoop that cools the PTU unit (transfer case). They just left the air scoop in the passenger seat as they obviously didn't know what to do with it.
The second time there was engine noise inside the cabin that was not there before.

Took our vehicle in for minor outside body repairs. We picked the vehicle up and they had completely detailed the vehicle inside and out. They went above and beyond!

After a deer ran into my Jeep I took it to Colision Zone and they did a great job! They had it about 3 weeks but I had to take it back to get a running board & a headlight put on that were on back order.

It's fortunate to have such a great local body shop when the unfortunate occurs. We've have both of our vehicles go into the shop for repair after hitting a deer on two different occasions, one of which was on our brand new 2019 Ridgeline. Tricia took care of all the billing to insurance and paper work, and Jim did a great job with the repair work. Paint looks great and all the body lines match up......looks like new again! My 1989 mustang was rear ended and needed to be repaired. I had recently purchased the car with intentions to restore it. My insurance was only going to cover the cost of the damages and I made the decision to have the entire car painted. Collision Zone was close to my home and I chose to have them do the work because I wanted to promote local businesses. The work was done and the car looked very good and I was happy. Flash forward to a few years later and the clear coat was peeling off as you can see in the pictures. I took the car back to have it fixed. After several days of not hearing anything

I've had 2 high end cars here. 2008 Audi S5 for dent removal. Excellent work on it. No issues. 2013 Audi S8. Paint repair on rear quarter, with blending into doors and door overhang. After inspection, I noted that there was over spray on the trunk and orange peel was present. I took it back and they buffed/polished both to an acceptable shine. The owner is respectable, knowledgeable, and fair. To be honest, they treated me like family and that alone is worth the cost of doing business with them.

We have used Collision Zone twice. Found them to be honest, pleasant and do excellent work. Very satisfied with both the results and the interaction. Recommended them to my daughter and she was very happy with the results too. I did see one review on here, with a complaint about being treated wrong. I can't imagine. Must be more to that story.

I'm glad I don't need to seek out a good body shop often, but it's great to know you've found one and you can recommend it to ANYONE else without reservation. The whole facility is beautiful and set up perfectly for the staff and customers as well. What a great job they did on my driver's side damage...good as new and not a blemish or concern. Jim actually replaced my sideview mirror before the body work could be done, just so I would be safe driving until the rest of the work could be done. I was totally surprised by the very reasonable estimate that matched exactly

I have not had work done here, but got to see a restoration project of a late 1950's Mercedes-Benz that was being restored by this shop.

I spend a lot of time in the Mercedes-Benz world, especially with their owners and enthusiasts. In my travels and research, I get to see a lot of cars that have been prepared for shows, and Mercedes-Benz vehicles, like any marque, take special care.

I have to say, this shop did an excellent job on this classic, they did what the owner asked for, which was not a concours perfect restoration, but a nice going out and showing the car off restoration. They
