I needed a bumper cover repair for my 2018 Passat GT. I found all of their employees that I dealt with to be professional and courteous. Nicholas came out and looked at my car and explained their entire process to me. I'm sorry but I don't remember the 2 office associates names but they made an appointment for me to drop my car and had Enterprise pick me up when I dropped my car off. The repair was done in the exact time frame given and it looks great. I was also able to leave my rental with them to get it returned to Enterprise. Highly recommend them.

With my recent experience with Purnell, I would highly recommend their business! I got into a wreck after catching a flat and within 2 weeks, my vehicle is up and running! They were very professional and have great communication with the customer while holding their vehicle . Another thing I like about Purnell Body Shop is that they’re considerate! My vehicle was stolen late January and I never fixed the headlight . They patched up the hole for me till I could get the light fixed so there wouldn’t be any water damage for the time being . I WILL be coming back to this auto body the next time

So it took three times to get the job done and still not 100% confident it is right because I kept catching things that good quality inspection of completed work I think should have caught but glad to have my car back and out of the shop at home. Overall, time for repair was good with the exception of having to drop off car the two additional times for comeback/rework. Staff was overall pleasant just not "Best in Elkton" which is what I expected. Car cleanliness was okay as it was somewhat cleaned just not overall who vehicle, primarily just the worked areas were cleaned. The best aspect of the

My car was in a fender bender, very professional went there for the insurance estimate right in right out! Scheduled to have it fixed bing bang boom even with covid regulations in place everything went without a hitch and the end result was absolutely beautiful it looked better than it did coming off the show room floor!! I would highly recommend them!!

I am More than satisfied with purnells. My truck had over 10,000 dollars in damage all to the front end and when I picked it up it looked and drove like it was brand new. They estimated it would take a month and 4 days but was finished in a month. I highly recommend purnells and will go there every time I need any repairs done.

My insurance company referred me to Purnell after a deer decided to end its days in front of my beloved Challenger. I quickly looked at Google reviews which are strong, but I had never been to Purnell nor did I know of anyone who had work done there so I was still a bit leery of how they'd care for my baby. No need - Purnell did great work repairing the damage, communication was easy, complete, and timely, they worked seamlessly with the insurance adjuster, color-matched a difficult color, and they facilitated rental car pick-up and return. Manager Chris even addressed an improvement to my car

Never again. This is the worst body shop I've ever used. Office staff was rude especially after everything in my vehicle was stolen while in their "closed lot because their tow driver didn't lock my car." How convenient for the thieves. Oh course the tow truck was parked next to my Jeep. When I got into my car when it was finished there was dirt all over the inside on the wrecked side. Car rides like a tank now. They didn't even offer to help pay for the $900 worth of items stolen out of my car. I would have thought the owner could have had the balls to come talk to me

Took my Charger to Purnell Body Shop after I cracked up the front end. Luckily the damage was only cosmetic. I got a few estimates because I know that I was not going to go through insurance for my repair. The good news is these folks actually do what they say they will do. Repair was a breeze. No surprises. Dealing with the estimator and office staff was easy enough. Repair was completed when they said it would be so I would definitely recommend.

Just received my car back from purnell auto body shop located at 211 blue ball avenue in Elkton md my car was horribly damaged someone or one of the techs I believe drive my car the face of my dash was damaged they charged my insurance company over 7,000 dollars and the work is horrible. The management staff MR CHRIS FELIX, ALSO THERE IS A WORKER BY THE NAME OF TYLER made them aware of my damages the day I received my car back and I was told that's not their problem it's Cadillac problem after asking several times for the technicians NAME I was told that I can not be given that information

Poor customer service.
The rudest repair shop I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. Not only was Chris rude to me on the phone, he was purposely unhelpful. I will never take any of my vehicles to this shop again. I have had previous work done at this shop, and I was not overly impressed with their work at that time either. Although, I will say that at least they were pleasant at that time.

Very disappointed in their work. I had a lot of front end damage and parts were mainly after market which was ok. when I picked up my car I told the guy that brought it out to me that front bumper on both sides were not fully attached. Also the paint job on hood and side fenders look as if there was dirt in the paint and also bubbles. The gentleman told me to contact my insurance company if I had any complaints. I do not understand how these people felt comfortable letting their work leave their shop in the sad condition they did. I will NEVER recommend them nor EVER give them return business.

Excellent. It is refreshing to have such an honest group of folks running a body shop. I hit a deer on 95 heading south in MD. I got a lift to DC and left my car at a gas station 20 miles from Elkton. I called Purnell the next day and they were super helpful. They went and towed my car to their shop for less than it would have cost to tow it 1 mile in DC. While the car ended up being totaled, they were very helpful and professional, and they gave me a few extra days to come sign over the title to them.
I would highly recommend Purnell!
