It is important to brush your teeth at least twice daily to help remove plaque and food particles that get stuck to your teeth.
Having a dental practice perform a checkup and regular cleaning gives a preventive approach to dental care. These general dentistry treatments help prevent problems with your teeth, gums and jaw bones, or they catch and manage problems before they worsen. Don’t come to this dentist, at first the office staff was very friendly and I never had to pay more than my deductible. Recently I’ve had to pay for every cleaning and I know I’m within my insurances coverage. Front receptionist tried convincing me that without insurance I would have to pay +$400 to make me feel happy about paying 160 for a cleaning. Staff is always changing seems like people don’t like working here. Never again

I wish I could place any star. Don't come to this place instead go somewhere else. First of all they will overcharge you. It seems Dr. Decaprio is not fair with his employees salary because they don't do the job properly and everytime I go to there, there is someone new. The regular cleaning is horrible. If you have sensitivity in your gums they will do nothing to make the cleaning more comfortable, when it is easier to just miss some steps like polishing your teeth. This is not a dental Dream, but, It's a Dental Nightmare.

I would have to say I’m extremely disappointed on how this office had wasted my time for 2 day on the same week... On Monday I had an appointment and was running late do an accident on I-95 called in to advise and make sure they would be able to see me and the young said it will be fine.
When I show up it was a different story, and refused to see me, so I was forced to reschedule.
I came in today for my appointment after the young lady called me told me not to be in after 10:20am, I should up at 10:19 and once’s again refused to see me because they said I was past 10:20, at this point I’m

Fron desk wont give me my xrays done at the Miami office, first they said I need an appt just to get them and then when I went in person they said they wanted to charge me for them. I have insurance and I still had to pay a lot of money for a cleaning that wasnt perform. Do your research before you approach a dentists.

Highly recommend this Dental Office to everyone! The staff are really charismatic and caring. I am one that gets really nervous with dentist and the moment I walked into Dental Dreams they helped me feel comfortable and trustable as well. Dr. Jesus Carpio and the dental assistants are very attentive of their patients and work great.

This office is very professional with top quality customer service. My family have been using this dentist office for almost 4 years and every visit has been 5 star service. At first I was worried to go see a dentist since it had been a few years since my last visit. Soon as the staff welcomed me in I felt at ease. The dental assistants and front desk staff were friendly and polite. The doctor was very detailed in his explanation of what I would need and answered all of my concerns without feeling like I was being rushed.I feel that everyone is knowledgeable in what they do and I will definitely continue coming to this office from now on.

I love going to Dental Dreams, me and my family have been going here for years. The staff is so nice and professional. Dr. Carpio is the best, he loves making his patients feel good,and he knows what he's doing. I recommend him to my friends and co workers. If I could give them a higher rate I would.
