McCabinet was founded in 1995 serving the St. Petersburg & Clearwater areas by Kevin McKenzie, who is a third-generation contractor and brought 22 years of retail management experience with kitchen and bath cabinets. He started out as a "one-man" operation for the first year. After five years Russell became Field Operations, Service Manager and Partner in McCabinet and he makes sure that our installers are the best trained in the area.
In 2004 Brian McKenzie and Eric McKenzie were brought aboard as designers and project managers and are now in charge of the design staff and quality control. As the fourth generation contractors, Brian and Eric are securing the longevity of McCabinet for many years to come.

After four designers & proposals, we felt our kitchen renovation work was turning into a nightmare, until we walked into McCabinets where we were greeted by Ryan LaBrake, our future designer and Project Manager. Ryan heard our plans and worked with us to make the ideal kitchen. He listens to and respects his clients and that makes all of the difference. Ryan and the installation team, helped make this renovation project seamless and successful and we're grateful. Our renovation work is almost complete and we we're delighted with the progress!

We went to see some cabinets for our house kitchen Remodeling project .. one guy on Saturday sitting in the office not interested in showing or even talking to us at all ... he was playing I guess video games on his computer. Drama queen kinda guy .. did not even bother us showing us the different styles and colors of the cabinets.. .. we were looking for different styles and colors And we told him he paid no attention .. Such a fraud place ... don’t come here ... they will not help you at all ... the guy sitting in the office has no idea or interest showing people around the products .

We moved to Florida and did not know any companies who gutted and remodeled kitchens. My husband searched kitchens and the first company that popped up was McCabinet! We called and Ryan, our salesman showed up in a prompt manner! He was easy to worth with and kept us up to date on the process. The kitchen was done while we was back at our home state. Most of it was done by phone or email. I can’t express enough how easy it was to work with this company and the outcome was absolutely beautiful and everything we wanted! They are true perfectionists! The work was done exactly the time frame we needed

This rarely happens anymore, most companies completely ignore negative feedback and I truly appreciate Brian taking the time to contact me and it is clear that he operates his business with strong integrity and values, that means a lot to me!
I would recommend this business for that reason alone, it is pretty safe to say that he would stand behind anything his company or employees do and he absolutely puts the customer first.

Love my kitchen. The design is perfect and really functional. They listened to all our design wants and needs and came through with a total package for us. Seams in the crown and around the cabinets are neat and tight, cabinets level and placed according to plan and appliances fit well into their appropriate niches. Can't say this was the case with other kitchens we have done in the past with other companies so we are very pleased! Very friendly too :)

Our cabinets were put in while building a house. When we moved in there were quite a few issues. The job looked rushed and uncared for. I had a drawer that fell out when I tried to open it because it didn't have a track, drawers and cabinets were set crooked, and half of my bathroom cabinet false fronts were put in upside down, making them uneven. The initial installation process had many problems and left me quite frustrated. That being said, the finished product is great. They came out and fixed problems until everything was done correctly. I can also say that I didn't have to argue
