I have used many contractors over the years. Bill and his team are by far the best I have found. Bill and the team, including his office employees, are honest, have integrity and the work they have completed is excellent. They worked above and beyond any expectations I had. They will help with any issues that arise. These days any contractor needs to work around supplier delays and permit relays. Affordable worked diligently to provide a quick turnaround when needed. They're also great people to work with and patient. If I need any work done at my house, I'll call Bill at

Critical: Professionalism
Falsely reported unlicensed contractor on site. Once investigated, the county confirmed we had permit and our chosen contractor was licensed. This caused delays by the county and lengthened our process by over a month. He needs to mind his own business and do a better job selling his services. Extremely unprofessional, at best.

I have used Affordable Contracting for several items at my residence. They put in new tile flooring v in my kitchen and laundry room, reframed a doorway entrance and upgraded an outdoor ceiling in the lanai. Every time I have hired them, Bill and his team have done a wonderful job as well as provide excellent customer service throughout each project. Would definitely recommend them to any of your home restoration needs.
