My husband told me to pick out any wedding ring I wished for. I decided to go to Rottermond to look.
The 1st time I went in I was greeted and taken care of by Sam. She spent a great deal of time with me showing me anything I wanted to see. Sam was very patient and helpful. She was very knowlegable about every aspect of the jewelry buying process and friendly. She wrote down exactly what we decided on together so she could tell my husband exactly what I wanted.
It was quite an expensive set I desired so they let my husband start a lay-away. They let him have extra time for the lay-away also.

I realized Rottermond Jewelers was a great establishment from the moment I walked in. By being in Georgia, I had to initially communicate with Dar via phone. She provided great customer service while helping me find the watch I wanted to celebrate graduating from college. When I finally moved to Michigan, I made sure visit the store and was honored by the staff's courtesy. Dar has a continued to be helpful in assisting me with finding jewelry and timepieces for future celebrations.

Had an amazing experience buying my first “nice” watch. I stopped in just minutes before closing, and though the store was clearly closing up, I didn’t feel rushed out in the slightest. In fact I was given the opportunity to try on more watches than I needed to. I picked the one I liked and still even though it was past closing I was able to have it sized.
It’s also worth mentioning they had a spare mask for my partner who had forgotten hers, and the rest of their COVID protocol was fantastic. I was highly impressed and left very pleased with the overall experience.

Yesterday I went into Rottermond Jewelers in Milford, and was pleasantly surprised. They were a high end store but the person I spoke with was extremely nice and down to earth. Lately when I have gone into a few higher end jewelry stores the salespeople were kind of snooty, but Rottermond was more of a small town friendly store. Well done to the salesperson I worked with, DH.

I've been buying from Dean (owner) for more than 20 years and 5 stars would be an understatement for the level of service and quality. Bought my last 2 watches from him and about to get my 3rd. But where he really shines is with the detailed work on custom jewelry. He made a FABULOUS custom bracelet for my wife's 50th birthday that puts a huge smile or her face every time she wears it. I've found other great pieces for her in my home town but ALWAYS call Dean cross country to buy the same piece from him at a better price. I've introduced him to many of my friends and they

Rottermonds expertise clearly lies in diamond sales. Our experience in purchasing a Shinola watch from them has been much less than positive. For a product made just 30 minutes away in downtown Detroit, they seem unable to provide customer service for this much anticipated Christmas gift that has yet to be worn! Unfulfilled promises of replacement bands have come and gone with apologies, but no results. We're unhappy customers and will not deal with this store again. Very dissapointing.

I do not enjoy writing negative reviews, but in this case I had no choice. I brought in a ring that I have worn everyday for the last 6 years to be sized for a ring guard. The jeweler informed me that leaving it with them would be better for the sizing.
I explained to the jeweler that this ring had previously been my mother's and that is was an extremely important sentiment to me.
I left the ring and when I returned to pick it up and I was absolutely disgusted with the damage they had caused my heirloom.
The ring guard did not work and looked like hell so they had to "remove"
