Horrible service. Got a deluxe pedicure and the nail tech used a 1 inch by 1 inch pumice stone on the bottom of my feet and not the foot rasp like they used on the person next to me. When I took my shoes and socks off after work my feet were rough and dry. I went back asking if they could fix the issue the owner told me that there's nothing wrong with what the nail tech did but there's something wrong with my feet. She suggested I put oil on my feet at home...umm not when I just spent $75 on a pedicure less than 24 hours before and my feet didn't touch a floor. Horrible customer service and sub

My sister and I went to have our nails done by Anna. She must have been having a bad day or was not pleased because we didn't have an appt. She not only cut my sister twice and made her bleed but was done in about 15 minutes. I was handed off to a male who took a bit longer but was more interested in the football game playing on the big screen tv. I really didn't get the color I wanted and the painted tips were poorly done.
Just be forewarned that it's best to have an appointment for better service.

Called ahead of time to make sure they can fit us in for two pedicures, they said yes come in 15 mins. We arrived within that time, took our seats. But my husband ended up waiting until I was done. She rushed my nails and was very careless with the pedicure, compared to the other employees doing pedicures to customers next to us.

Very very rude experience. They do not listen to what you want. Tried to see if they can do certain designs, they stated they do not have the supplies. When asking to fix the shape or match the nail lengths with all nails, they seem to get upset. I asked for my shape to look a certain way, and the owner stated your nail shape is fine. I asked can they do about four different designs and the owner also stated, "you need to show the design before we do the nails, which I did. Mind you all the owner was not there all day, and came in late.. I've known about them for years, but after what I have experienced

If I could give a 0+0 = 0 I would the service was a fake welcoming and the lady that did my services was rude to where I had to tell her about her demeaning behavior because she was snatching and pulling on my hands my credit card was charge 90 dollars after I was told 70 dollars so beware and check your services before you use your credit card! I just went there because my regular nail salon was on vacation never again will I go to fancy nails again not even on my worst day and the lady that did my services had the goals to ask me for a tip!! my tip to her was to tip away from me. I would not

Don't waist your time, very unprofessional, rude, lazy , and everyone there should take a class in basic English they don't even deserve 1 star they over charge, notice there are no prices posted so they can charge whatever. I was over charged and when I called and ask the price of my service the owner quoted the price 20 cheaper than I was charged and I tipped the person that did my pedicure ( very poor work) and the weird dude that did my full set.. garbage simply garbage!!

0 stars I went with my friend. I got the 30 dollar pedi and she got the 60 dollar pedi. When we put our feet in the water it was scalding hot When we asked them to cool it off They seemed irritated they put like a cup of cool water in and sad it was good now. When we put a foot in to test the water it was still to hot for me and she then rolled her eyes at me and started my feet she left calluses on the side of my big toes and did the back so hard I couldn't lay on my back last night.

I would give this unprofessional, SORRY excuse of a nail salon ZERO stars if I could. First and foremost, don't bother making an appointment, because they will NOT make you a priority. A friend and I made an appointment for two full sets and two pedicures. We got there and ALL workers were occupied with other people. They tell us to wait 15-20 minutes. We ask if we can just get the pedicures out of the way first, so we did. We chose the cheapest pedicure, so you'd THINK that would be the fastest one. Horrible don't come here. they did my nails so thin and poorly when i came in to fix it she even noticed how poorly my nails were done then proceeded to try to charge me the same amount i paid to get them done 3 days earlier and told me she was giving me $5 off. she started my nails and when i disagreed she stopped and they were so rude to me she was rolling her eyes and wow don't come here. such bi*%?#!

I got my eyelashes done recently, first off I had made an appt a week in advance. The day of I called to make sure it was the right day, they had no idea what I was I talking about. But they said they could fit me in. I've had my eyelashes for about two weeks an I went to get them removed somewhere else. I had to have lash remover on them 3 times before they came off. After it looks like they used nail glue we had to do one more an she was pulling through clumps of hard glue.

If I could give less than 1 * I would. Worst nail experience of my life. I literally do not have one nice thing to say about this place. To start the lady doing my nails was extremely rude. Ignoring me when I made a request, jerking my hand around. At one point the girlfriend I went to get my nails done with was walking back from the bathroom, she tripped and tried to grab one of the salon chairs on reflex to support her fall. The lady that was doing my nails threw my hand on the table and stood up FREAKING out, yelling at her. It was so crazy! She didnt break anything or hurt the dumb chair

This was my first time going to Fancy Nails and I am glad I tried them out because I have finally found my go to nail spot !! Ann did an amazing job, was very kind, genial and attentive to what I wanted done, beautiful nails with a hand massage afterwards !! I also got a pedicure done, I purchased the ‘Delux pedi’ and it was ...... Amazing ! Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the lady that did it, but she was great, didn’t do the typical 3 min foot/leg rub .. she truly took her time and almost put me to sleep I was so relaxed ! Drove by this place and decided to call to see if I could get in. They took me right away for a fill, color change, and length change. No appointment was needed. I do have to admit it is a bit pricey to have gel color instead of regular and the benefit is it lasts longer... The shops seem to be in order and a lot of in place available for services.

My daughter took me for a pedi for my birthday yesterday. I put my foot in bath and it was scalding hot that it put a red mark on foot . The gal didn't even take my old nail polish off before she was applying a new one !!
The polish job she did is horribly done and I see my nail bed where polish should be . Here's the worst part .. I have dried skin on sides of all my toes she missed during the clipping . I wish my daughter could get her money back since I was visiting from Vancouver.
