So I book appointment today at 4 o’clock and when I got there then I showed the lady my design and she said ok OK and I set down she did everything in just like 10 minutes and other lady come and did my hand so I went there for a manicure and pedicure and the lady was doing my hand was so rude and cut my skin too. I don’t know race to report I’m just so mad and I told the manager this isn’t what I want and she said oh this is what it cost you $70 but I kept saying this is this what I want but she couldn’t care less she was there for the money. I didn’t care about the money but I didn’t

I visited Top Nails & Spa for the first time today for the firewalker pedicure, it was fantastic!! The staff were all so sweet and my girl did an amazing job, though I didn't catch her name. They were also very on point with keeping their appointments which I always appreciate. Will definitely go back!!

Jennifer did a great job with my nails
I’m from out of town and it’s hard to compete with my nail place at home but they slayed it. A co-worker recommended this place and I’m so happy she did. These are my natural nails but they used a clear dip powder for strength (I wanted them to look super natural) and they put some flakes in my ring finger for me 😛 she kept checking in to make sure I was happy with the nail shape which means a lot because normally I have to pester new places to make sure they get it how I like!

Love getting my nails done by the same nail tech, had my pedicure done once and it was good. I just don’t like to be pressure or having some hints out their about TIPS. Like when I get my change , please don’t suggest my change is your tips, my nails itself already too much and I’m good. Everything else is fine

They were so rude! I made an apt and 20 min after my first part of my visit was done I asked when I could the second part of my visit. They 'didn't know' I had a second part to my visit. I told them when I made the apt, when I checked in then when I sat down. They wanted me to wait another 20 min and then they had the nerve to take a new client back before me!!
