Bell and Franklin first met in dental school at the University of North Carolina before going on to complete a residency together at the Fayetteville VA hospital. They feel fortunate to be still working together at Signature Family Dentistry. They truly enjoy getting to know their patients and staying involved with the local communities that they serve in Holly Springs and Angier.

Here at Signature Family Dentistry, we work diligently to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit from your dental insurance plan. Please make sure we have your current insurance card on file. If your plan does not provide you with a card, please provide us with the subscriber name, employer name if the insurance is provided by an employer group, subscriber ID or SSN, Group Number, name, address and phone number of the insurance company.
If you are new to our family of patients, it might seem out of the ordinary to be scheduled for a 90-minute new patient visit with your dentist and hygienist. Is a 90-minute visit important? My wife and I have been patients of Signature Family Dentistry for nearly 7 years. They are the best in both how a patient is treated and the quality of the care provided. They take time to make sure each and every patient is special. They take care of my extended family.

Dr Neidenthal and his staff did a world class job on my front tooth after I cracked the tooth in a sports accident. The Veneer looks like the real deal.

I've been going to this dental office for a few years now and have always had a good experience. Today's appointment was especially nice because my entire appointment only took 30 min. That included x-rays, an exam, and full cleaning. There was no down time, but it was not a rush job. They were very thorough and efficient. I highly recommend them.

We've been going to Signature Family Dentistry for years and have always had a wonderful experience - the doctors and staff are amazing! Most recently they have guided us through the process of correcting our daughter's damaged teeth. I had an emergency filling repair for my first appointment and Dr. Franklin was amazing. She took her time, but was very quick and efficient to get it done without unnecessary pain. I have had almost every dental procedure done over the years and SFD was by far the easiest and pain free procedure of them all. I didn't even feel the numbing agent needle!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I'm 38 years old and have been through many dentists over the years. We recently moved to NC, and we decided on Signature Family Dentistry. They have been nothing short of amazing. I have never loved my dentist before. I love them! Dr. Bell and Dr. Franklin go above and beyond. The last two visits I had (have had jaw issues) they didn't even charge me. I never thought you could use words like amazing, comfortable, fun and extremely satisfied when talking about a trip to the dentist but that's exactly how I felt leaving my recent appointment at Signature Family Dentistry. So my wife, myself and we take our 2 year old here and they are all very nice people.
You walk in and it's a very professional and clean waiting area with some couches, chairs, etc.
They have nice little alcoves for each patient to sit in and each one has a TV set with directv.. I am not a fan of watching tv while I am at the dentist, but it is fantastic for my 2 year old son to be distracted to work with the dentist.
The dentists are extremely knowledgable and provide good insight in what is going on with your mouth.
For a smaller practice in a strip mall, very nice job!!!

We moved to that area and my husband's colleague recommended Signature. The office has a lot of digital tools to capture our teeth's health and the people are friendly from the receptionist all the way to the dentist. What I appreciated the most was the time the Dr. Bell allocated to answer all my questions and concerns. In addition, my daughter complained of a tooth filling that felt it had an air bubble and felt it was done incorrectly. Switched to this dentist because my husband has been very happy with them. First visit was very nice. I got a thorough cleaning and full x-rays. They have very modern equipment and I looked at pictures of my teeth with the dentist while she went over a treatment plan. They found decay that my previous dentist had never mentioned to me before. There are no windows in the treatment rooms but there is a TV they position above your head and you can pick the channel you want to watch while getting your teeth cleaned.
