Today was my first visit with Klooster Family Dentistry and I was impressed from the minute I walked in. I received a warm greeting and had a great experience with Suzanne my hygienist. My teeth feel great. She had clearly reviewed my chart because she anticipated my concerns… and she was great to chat with! I met Dr. Malliotakis. He laid out a clear plan for my care and treatment going forward.

Recently moved to NC and started with Klooster as my dentist. Very pleased. The staff is great as the office is well run. I never feel like I’m being pushed into unnecessary services like I’ve experienced with some prior practices. My hygienist has been tremendous and I’ve met both dentists in the practice and both seem genuine and overall good people.

I have to share….during my regular check up, a cavity was found. When I went in to have that taken care of, the X-ray showed infection in a tooth next to it, which had a crown. I was referred to Peak Endodontic (which is another great story for their page, but clearly Klooster only works with the best to take care of their patients) and went… yesterday at 1230 for the root canal. I left about 245. At 5pm yesterday I had a text from Klooster indicating they had received the report from them and they wanted to schedule my appointment for the permanent restoration. Dr Klooster is a wonderful dentist. He has taken very good care of my teeth since I started with him 3 years ago when I moved here from California. His staff are the best. The always greet you with a smile and are very knowledgeable when it comes to your insurance questions. I can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone at Klooster Family are. See for yourself.

I hate going to the dentist. Every time I go, it feels like getting the equivalent of a speeding ticket. But, on the other hand, Dr. Klooster is kind, patient and confident which allows me to relax and trust… him. Recently I needed a crown and he gave me his recommendation based on my teeth and anxious personality. Dr. Glover has been my dentist for at least 6 years. Over the years he has also become my kids dentist (ages 6 & 7) and some neighbors and friends. My kids are excited when its time for their dentist appt...so that says a lot...kids usually don't think going to the dentist is fun. The staff there, past and present, are so nice and helpful...even… staff that are just there to help out temporarily at times. In the past I have had terrible experiences with dental appointments but Dr Glover was amazing !!! He allowed me to explain my previous history and work out a system that would work for us to build trust. With time each visit got better and when I would regress he would be patient and continue to work with me. The staff is great, Ann is super sweet and very thorough. I have moved an hour away and still travel back just for them.
