I have photos and screen shots to share. They never fixed anything. My back door wasnt sealed properly, refused to fix it. I didnt even have a key to my back door and they still coupldnt provide that. living room light didnt work. Never fixed it. After they took over dealing with the property it took them 3 months to have pest control come out and by then the nasty bugs from every where came into my home and infested it.. roaches were literally in my shower head dead it got so bad. Then tried to act as if they didnt have to provide pest control. So i had to show them my lease and the state statue

Dinardo Property Management is the single best real estate company I have ever work with. My two roommates and I worked with Liz, who is wonderful, to find this place. Our house has reasonably priced rent and was in great condition when we moved in, besides minor aspects like nail holes and a crack or two in the tiles, which they mentioned they would fix as we moved in. I quickly told them it was no worry as i was to put a mat over the area. Sense living here, they have maintained our lawn and have addressed maintenance requests in a timely manor. Dinardo has also been flexible with out lease.

BEWARE!!!!....I rented a 3/2 home for 5 years! Only inspected/repaired anything if it caught fire or stopped working!! I replaced ceiling fans, kitchen sink.. Etc. kept the place up like it was mine. When it came time to get my $1200 deposit back it seemed like there was all these repairs that needed done all of a sudden.. Go figure!! I would advise not renting from these people!!
