Matt Brewer with Wyse Home Team Realty is great! I sent in a request to have a realtor from the Wyse team to give me a call. Within 5 minutes of that request, Matt was calling. We spent about 20 minutes on the phone discussing what we were looking for. By the end of the conversation, we had a meeting set up to check out a couple of houses the next day. After walking those houses, Matt had a better idea of what we were looking for and set up 3 more houses to tour. After walking through the first house, we knew Matt was listening. All 3 houses were great options.

My home buying experience was not going well with prior agent so I found Wyse and called them and expressed my needs. That day they connected me with Matt and he was perfect for the job! He has been so easy to work with every step of the way and got me into escrow pretty much immediately. I’d lost out on other homes with slower previous agent (not from Wyse). Matt is very responsive, enthusiastic, and pleasant. I’m definitely going to recommend him to any family/friends who move out here. I plan to buy vacation condo in a couple years and I’m absolutely sticking with Matt and Wyse 🙂
