Unless your goal is to drop off your loved one and never care to get an update, or a return phone call...DONT leave your loved one under their care. Therapy- what a joke. A walk to the hallway and back...not acceptable. A decline in health, whats that? They dont recognize that if it hits them in the head. Not the doctors, or nurse manager. They would have to care enough to to give you a visit. TG for one caring nurse...otherwise it may have been too late.

Best place for your loved one in Pinellas County. Shout out to Brian Cain who kept in touch with me during Hurricane Irma in spite of the many challenges, so I could move in my loved one Sept 18th. The staff is outstanding, the setting is beautiful and serene, and the communication with me is beyond my wildest expectations. This is critical to me since I am an absent DPOA and count on the staff for feedback and updates much more than if I lived locally. You will be happy if you choose Suncoast. Not only is it the best place to work, the residents and All my co workers are so helpful. I only been here for 2 months and love coming to work, the residents are so inviting with smiles and hellos; I even get a hug or two on a daily basis. P.S. shout out to the ladies and gentleman that plays bridge, that promise to teach me. God blessings all day long.
