Services
Angels Senior Living offers a variety of senior living services and options so you can take advantage of a one-stop shop continuum of care. Many assisted living providers contract out to external home health agencies, but our model allows us to pass information seamlessly between our communities, our home health aides, therapists, and the rest of our team to ensure you get the best care.
Angels Senior Living is a network of eleven assisted living facilities and dozens of affiliated companies. Our story is one of humble beginnings and it's one of a kind. Angels Senior Living is more than a company, it's a calling. Our purpose is to improve quality of life for seniors and others who are disadvantaged mentally, physically, and financially. Our founders have their own family members at Angels Senior Living communities, and we hope that speaks volumes to the kind of relationship we have with our residents and their families.
To better serve our patients, sometimes it's best to remember we need to serve ourselves too. Angels Senior Living strongly believes in professional development and we bring opportunities for our own staff to learn about important topics. Some of these, like medication management and med tech training, are required to work at an assisted living facility.
Convenient continuing education credits that you can use every day don't need to be hard to come by. Angels Senior Living offers CEU courses focused on dementia and Alzheimer's to our own employees, and we're now giving your own facility and staff the same access. You can benefit individually and your team can also benefit and better serve your residents or patients who deal with memory recall issues by joining us!

Worst management. I brought my mom here in Oct. We are not happy at all with the management staff. My mom has Medicaid, Still they haven’t billed Medicaid properly. They are taking money every month from my bank acct. previously they said Medicaid will pay part of it. No one seems to know anything. Not enough competent staff.

My sister is a new admission to Angels Assisted Living in New Tampa. I would like to share the amazing experience we were shown by the Regional Director, Manager and other staff members.
This facility is very clean, decorated very nicely and takes all the necessary precautions for COVID. The interaction between the staff and residents were very impressive, staff addresses the resident by their names.
Moving in to this facility was easy, members of the executive team came out to assist us in moving my sister's personal belongings. I was amazing that the Regional director packed up all my sister

I can’t say enough about the facility and even more about the Angels team. Shawnah Cox, Shawnette Moll and Melissa Reimert are fantastic! They made my dad immediately feel at home, and continue daily to help him get acclimated to his new surroundings! They recently shared a photo of him, having a meal with a new buddy, and he looked great! Many thanks to all of the Angels team! I highly recommend them and their facility.

My father recently moved into this amazing community. First initial thought was how clean the facility is and the fabulous scent throughout!
The entire experience was handled with dignity, grace and absolute kindness. Every question and request was granted to make this a seamless transition for the ENTIRE family. The staff is commendable! Special shout out to Shawnette Moll. Her smile lights up the room!

Mom has been with Angels Senior Living at New Tampa for over a year and half. She just came back from being in the hospital and called Angels her home that she missed dearly. Since we live out of town, we rely on the staff which is exceptional and I would like to mention just a few names Shawnan handled Moms care unconditionally, Jackie who handles the front desk impeccably, Mercedes who is one of many that cares for Mom daily. All her aids that help dress, feed and make her feel special we thank you. We recommend Angels and the management who always have an answer to all of Moms and our needs
