If a natural tooth-colored porcelain crown is chosen, our CEREC CAD/CAM treatment gives patients a completed permanent crown in just one office visit. Other types of crowns require two office visits. Have been coming here for years and no plans of changing that. The staff here is exceptional. Chelsea in the front office helped me last visit with an insurance issue and she is great at what she does. Really appreciate her and all the rest of the staff. What's different is you can tell they actually care about people and enjoy what they do. As patients we do notice this and I just wanna say thank you!

My experience at Chino Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics is always pleasant. Dr. Eman is incredibly caring and personable as she checks in with you throughout the entire procedure to ensure that you are feeling okay. Her work is incredibly thorough, and she relieves a lot of patient-anxiety by keeping her patients informed about what she is doing. I drove over an hour just to see Dr. Parker. The entire staff is amazingly friendly , the assistant I believe her name was Liz and The hygienist EMAN were extremely patient with my nervousness in the beginning and I really felt like I was visiting family. Here's an important update on my review.
After less than a year of installing a 2 crowns ( They advised me to do half of the job on Dec 31-2019 and the other half on Jan 2020 so they can absorb both years insurance limits ) I started ti bleed out of my gum between the crowns installed . Needless to mention how costly the job received ( above $2800 out of my pocket with my two years full dental insurances limits ) .
I visited a another dentist office to find out the reason why my gum is bleeding. He found that the crowns were installed wrongly with a gap between them that allowed the food

I went to Chino Smiles yesterday, and wow what a great time!! I never thought I could say that about any doctors appointment, let alone a dental office. The energy is amazing in the office and the Staff so incredibly friendly and professsional. They were so patient during the entire time there. I had an appointment here a few weeks back, it was my first time visiting chino smiles, they were one of the few offices that was able to get me seen quickly. Went in for a free consultation, but just like other reviews I ended up being pressured into a $750 deep cleaning the same day, $375 up front. It felt like she missed most of my teeth and not only that, because I have braces she didn't even attempt to clean the front gums and teeth or around the brackets. Covid happened, 6 months later went back for my second appointment they scheduled me for, which I assumed was another deep cleaning. Been coming here for years, but I am not Not happy with my most recent experiences. They changed ownership recently, and I got a new dentist, Dr. Park. He is terse and not very friendly. It also seems like he's more concerned with trying to sell more expensive dental work than treating patients right.

I have extreme dental anxiety and hate going to the dentist. After having many terrible experiences, I am so grateful I found Dr. Taka here at Chino Smiles. The whole team was very welcoming and made me feel at ease during my time here. Dr. Taka went above and beyond to give me all of my different treatment options and explained each one to me very well so that I could understand. This dentist has the latest equipment to meet your needs! Ever spent time in the chair waiting for your x-rays? Not anymore. X-rays are now immediately uploaded to their computer system. Ever read the same magazine over and over again while waiting in for the dentist to come in? Not anymore. You can pick from a list of DVDs to pass the time.
Overall, I've had excellent experience at this dentist and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. The staff is courteous and kind and always smiling! I was even able to workout a payment plan since my insurance didn't cover everything!

Chino Smiles is a God send! I previously was a patient at Walnut Smiles and was appalled by the way I was treated by their staff. When I walked in the door all they saw was dollar signs. Chino Smiles, on the other hand, saw me (and my fiance) as PEOPLE who were in need of CARE.
