I do not usually take the time to do reviews, but this shop deserves the praise. I brought my Toyota 4runner to them for an oil change and asked them to look at the brakes for me due to low pressure. They quickly diagnosed the problem and instead of trying to get me to pay them to fix the very expensive problem, Dee advised me to first check with the dealer to see if it was covered under warranty. Clermont Toyota refused to work with us due to using an extended warranty we had bought, but Dee took care of it all and got it done in a very short timeframe.

This will definitely be my new go-to mechanic! I was looking for a new mechanic because the last shop I went to tried to sell me something I knew for a fact I didn’t need and honesty and integrity is very important to me when doing business with people.
I found this shop just down the road from me and scheduled an oil change and check-up since my car hit 120k miles. I perform all repairs and maintenance on my vehicles, but I found myself without my tools while on vacation. My truck had a worn out pinion bearing in the differential, which also damaged the spider gears. I had a rough time finding a mechanic I could trust, but I eventually found Dee. I had him rebuild the entire differential; all bearings and seals, along with new spider gears.
Dee insisted on using the best parts for the rebuild, and he kept me informed about the progress the whole way. The repair kept me away from home for an extra week, but I felt confident driving 1000+ miles after Dee worked

10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a check up, repair or consultation. I drive for a living, so reliability and trustworthiness is very important for me. My truck broke down on i4 around 5PM on a Thursday. I called and they advised I tow my truck to their shop so they could diagnose first thing in the morning. The next day, they found a leak in my radiator and brought me into the shop to show me the damage and where it was leaking. They are very open and honest about the issues they are recommending to be repaired. I even asked if I needed an oil change, the mechanic checked my oil and advised

I’m always concerned & worried when it’s time to have a vehicle serviced or worked on bc you just don’t know what you will get with a mechanic. My car overheated on a Sunday and I had it towed there. I really wasn't expecting my car to be looked at that Monday because I figured he would be busy with appointments. I spoke with Dee on Monday morning and he said he would take a look at it and get back to me. When he did he told me what the problem was and that it could be fixed that same day. I was very happy because I was renting a car. When I picked my car up at the end of the day, I was very impressed. Not only did Dee explain everything he did, but he actually took me outside under the hood and showed me exactly what he replaced. Pricing

I cannot say enough good things. My van broke down on me while trying to drive back to TN from a family vacation. It was a nightmare.
I got a rental and left. Called Dee's from the road first thing in the morning (Wednesday) and explained what had happened. Told them I'd be back the following day (Thursday morning) , but really needed to leave Friday.
He explained that if it was a major repair he would probably not be able to get it done that fast, but he would do his best regardless. I called for a tow, and had it send to him later that same morning.
By the end of the day Wednesday he had called
