Los Arcoiris is an authentic Mexican restaurant with locations throughout the High Country of North Carolina. We serve freshly prepared Mexican dishes from a large menu that includes Burritos, Chile Rellenos and Chimichangas. Vegetarian and kids plates are also available. We invite you to visit us at one of our locations in Boone, Morganton or Pineola for an introduction to "real" Mexican food.

Good, hot Mexican food. Been going here since I was a kid and know many of the staff by name. They care about customers and treat them like family. Food is fresh, delicious, full of flavor, and generously-portioned.
There are very very few things I can say about this place in a critical manner, and none are worth mentioning. I've tried all the Mexican restaurants in Boone, and while the others may be good, these guys here at Los Arcoiris are the best. Me and my wife never go anywhere else to get Mexican food. This is our all-time favorite place to eat out.

Great Mexican food at a great price. Service was excellent and food was tasty. My party had the Chori-Burrito and the Burrito Diablo, both very good.

Interesting and unassuming place, but the food was super good. The grilled vegetables and chicken were delicious, the place was busy, but food came fast. Overall, good experience!

One of the best Mexican food restaurants I've been to the staff was every friendly and the service ones great when I had questions about they recommend they gave me some the best choice from what they like and also what other customers liked. I had the piña tropical.

So good! I almost always eat here when I’m in Boone because it’s always delicious. The lunch menu is such a great deal and you can order off of it on the weekend! I had the lunch special no. 12 with beans and rice added.

Sub-par at best. The food was cold and you can tell it had been sitting there for a bit. Not too mention that the food had barely no taste. The service was great though. Our waiter was attentive and respectful.

This place had awesome customer service. Food was excellent. Loved the salsa and cheese dip. Wish this place was local were I live but I'm sure going to enjoy them.again before I have to leave. No pics of the salsa and cheese dip it got gone to fast.
