Great place for a date night. It was our first time being there and the waitress we had was awesome. The food was so good. Definitely a nice cozy place and well worth the hour drive. Definitely listen to reviews and get the fried deviled eggs. Also crab cake appetizer was phenomenal for my first time eating crab. The pork chop was better then the steak! Whatever sayce/gravy they use on it, it made the entire meal for me! If you are ever in the Banner Elk/Boone area, definitely give this place a try!

Huge bourbon selection, one important note though, it is incredibly expensive. Highly over priced. For a two ounce pour they charge $30. Right next door at the Tavern you can get the same 2 oz pour for $11 to $15 depending on the brand. The manager did adjust my bill to $20 for the bourbon after I complained.
I hear it's known for great steak. I had seared tuna, oysters on the half shell and my wife had crab cakes. The food was good, not great but reasonably priced. The service was outstanding. Nice quiet ambience. Looking forward to coming here again.

First off, our server, Justin was absolutely wonderful. He was on point with everything, and he was so sweet with our children (4, 3 and 4mo). He didn’t dismiss them rather included them during conversations. Hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Misty was very sweet too.
Our food was amazing. We had the fried deviled eggs and the spinach dip for starters, so good. My husband had the prime rib and I had the ribeye. We both thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The children had fish and chips. They cleaned their plates.

Delicious food and wonderful staff. You HAVE to have a reservation to dine in. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Two of us had a special (beef tibs in a gravy), it was delicious and we'd recommend it to anyone. The shrimp cocktail, French onion soup and artichoke dip were amazing appetizer (No complaints). Kind of expensive but worth the price.
