Ed, Kerry, and Megan are excellent! They are very kind, considerate people and easy to work with. Ed handles complex tax situations, is a straight shooter, and genuinely cares about his clients. Our taxes are always done correctly and on time. Sometimes responses can be slow, which is understandable with a small staff and high volume of clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a tax professional!

Absolutely terrible!!! I think Ed hires his tax prep staff in the parking lot of 7-11. I had them do my 2017 and 2018 returns, they jacked up 2017 and Ed said he'd pay the IRS penalty, that was the last I heard from him or his office. They didn't pay anything, didn't verify my 2018 return to see if it was also incorrect, and won't return any calls or emails. I believe in allowing people to correct mistakes, it happens, but I don't forgive lack of integrity!

Really unhappy with the overall experience. Our return was electronically filed and rejected multiple times but we were under the impression it was submitted. We even paid the IRS the amount we were told we owed. My 2019 return was rejected from e-file only to find out from the IRS that our 2018 return wasnt submitted... Could have used Turbo Tax and had better results...

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience and it is still going! Terrible communication skills. We paid a hefty price to have our taxes done this year with Ed. We chose him thinking he could take care of us and would be a better choice than H&R Block. Boy were we wrong! We just got a notice from the IRS yesterday telling us they did not receive our return until May 15th!!!! One month late!!!! This is after being told our taxes were submitted on time via internet. We didn't get one phone call, text, email nothing to let us know he was filing late! I would have approved an extension

I do not recommend this CPA. Communication is extremely poor. 3 times over 2 years told us $350 then billed $500. The final time (now) he did not come back down to the agreed price but instead, ignored our efforts to communicate. My husband has finally told me we'll pay the $500 just to get away from the burden of regularly attempting to contact. No idea how someone stays in business with such poor quality service. Also, after my LLC provided incorrect numbers once by mistake, the CPA didn't even catch the big difference in numbers, but thankfully one of my partners noticed. CPA and office

Ed and his staff are top notch. Our tax returns are done right and on time, our business concerns are dealt with in a timely fashion and the staff goes above and beyond to assist me. I've had to call Ed with questions and he gets back to me promptly with an answer. I couldn't imagine getting that type of personal service anywhere else.

Once again, Ed and his staff have gone the extra NINE miles for us. Besides doing our regular accounting, Ed and his staff unraveled a problem with a charitable foundation we're involved with. It wasn't an easy fix but they went all out to help. Kerry and Erica always make sure to return my calls promptly. Great service with a personal touch.

Ed is awesome. Besides knowing tax stuff inside and out, he is really fun to talk to and hang out with. He really tries to understand your situation and help walk you through the filing process with as few headaches as possible. The best part about working with Ed is being able to shoot him a quick text or email with a tax question. You don't see customer service like that anymore. I would recommend Ed to anyone looking to be in total control of their taxes and tax planning.

We've used Ed for a few years for business and personal taxes. but he has really gone downhill this year. I don't know if he's taken on too much business or that the people he's hired are inept at scheduling and messages.
Many calls and emails have gone unreturned, many errors on our returns, and when we finally settled on an appt to fix mistakes, Ed didn't call during our scheduled appointment time.
Ed is a great guy personally, but can't keep up. So disappointed and we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.
